For optimal outcomes, we recommend scheduling the bleaching or highlighting procedure either four weeks before or four weeks after using our product. It is essential to avoid performing these procedures simultaneously, as doing so may lead to hair damage and breakage.
I also want to provide you with an additional recommendation: I suggest using the bottox treatment before coloring your hair. Bottox may lighten the hair tone by 1 level. On the day of the procedure, you have a couple of options. You can dye the hair roots first and then leave a 2-inch gap from the roots to apply the bottox treatment. Alternatively, you can choose to color the entire hair canvas using an ammonia-free dye.
You can still engage in other hair care activities on the same day as our treatment. Feel free to indulge in hair toning, coloring, or retouching using non-ammonia hair color. Our product is compatible with these processes, and you can wash or style your hair after the treatment without any concerns. I could kindly recommend you re-do the product application with the provided tips, hope you would enjoy the results for the next application!

Product didn’t work as advertised
Product didn’t work as advertised, I followed instructions exactly as they were printed in the instruction book. I watched videos on other customers applying the product and tips that would be useful. This product was bought and used for my daughter but unfortunately did not do its intended purpose of smoothing her hair and reducing frizz. The fumes from the step 2 bottle are overpowering and hard to work with, be sure to be in a well ventilated area as my daughter and I were in our living room with a floor fan and ceiling fan on and both my daughter and I’s eyes were irritated by the fumes. I would not recommend this product as it did not work or show any difference in my daughters hair.
