It turned my hair bright yellow 😳
I purchased the silver product for gray hair, and it turned my 80% ‘gray’ hair bright yellow, probably due to bad product, as I realized after my sister applied the product to my hair, that the product was yellow color in the jar instead of white. I asked her if it was yellow when she opened it and she said yes. 😳
One month later, though it has faded my hair still hasn’t returned to its original color. I returned what remained in the jar to Amazon and they sent me a replacement. The replacement product was also yellow in color instead of white, and I quickly returned it to Amazon.
The manufacturer was good enough to send me a pink product but I’m reluctant to use it, mainly because though the product does straighten the hair, it left my hair smelling horrible even after washing it a gazillion times. I don’t think I will purchase this brand again, nor can I recommend it to family, friend or foe. Sorry Nutree. I wanted so much to love the product.
Responding to the manufacturer’s reply: My negative experience with your product had nothing to do with whether or not I underwent a consultation prior to purchasing and applying the product. I simply received bad/spoiled product. I also did not state nor imply that every effort was not made to address my situation, because I believe it was, both by Amazon and by Nutree. This was merely a quality control issue. Period.

Nice Product
I liked Nutree from the moment I opened it. It really does smell like bubble gum. I found it easy to apply, (you can apply it like a relaxer). I did use a little too much so i used a rat tooth comb to comb out the excess. Rinsing was easy, and my hair felt very moisturized...hydrated. I mostly air dried then used the dryer to get my hair completely dry. Oh, after I towel dried I put a little coconut oil in my hair.
After I flat ironed and styled my hair I noticed how shiny my hair is, and how much richer my color is. I am going through menapause so I sweat all night. The next few days my hair was still straight, hydrated, and shiny.
So far, this is a really nice product. I would say try it at least once.

Does what it says it will do!
Easy to do myself, I have fine short hair and it helps keep my frizz under control and my hair sleek. I am blonde but use the pink jar. The purple seems to be too intense for my fine, porous hair making it look too violet. I mixed some of the purple jar with the pink jar this time and it came out perfect. No violet and my brassiness was gone!

Shipping very slow and costly
Very disappointed.
Not only that the package is still in transit after two weeks, but it will be sent from US! This will mean that I will also have to pay the custom fees to have this finally delivered, whenever that will be.
Sending from a warehouse in EU so the products could be delivered in a timely manner and shipping less costly, would be a great advantage.

I had no problem placing the order and receiving it. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because the packaging was a little damaged. I was still able to use it however it seemed the product had leaked and the outside was yellowish. I really like the product and I will order again in the future. Hopefully at that time packaging comes in better shape.

It takes way too long for items to ship. I find it ridiculous that I placed an order for domestic shipping within the US over 7 days ago and it’s still sitting at its origin waiting to be picked up. My last order was lost in the mail. I will be finding an alternative that better handles logistics of their orders…I have never had so many issues with one vendor.
