I have always avoided this process as things felt very overwhelming and I had little knowledge and understanding. Jenn was patient, friendly, informative and very helpful. She spent time getting to know us and figured out the best way she could be most helpful to our family, even reviewing our current protection which proved to be beneficial as we figured it wasn't enough to cover us.

Jenn spent a great deal of time getting to know us, our background and reasons for making the decisions we were as part of our estate planning. She quickly responded to questions we asked by text and email and even spoke to us on the phone out of hours to ensure we were completely happy with the choices and wishes we were putting in place.

The consultant Alan was very friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgable. He gave me very good advice for setting up my will based on my circumstances.
