Jenn is very polite, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. What strikes me about Jenn is she has the skill to show empathy and respect where necessary, but also to have a sense of humour where appropriate. The result was that the experience wasn't too morbid or depressing. Jenn advised me of my options without being pushy or trying to upsell. She kept me informed of progress along each step and instructions were clear and concise.
I've finally got my will sorted and I am also acting on some other advice Jenn gave me such as sorting out my Lasting Power of Attorney forms.
