I have had an amazing experience with NxtJob team. Everything is apt and perfect. The onboarding, the dedicated Account manager's support, the frameworks to build the foundation, the strategies to build an excellent resume that beats any ATS, everything about NxtJob is just amazing. Great for Resume and Job Switching
I was initially apprehensive of the steep price point of the program at 85k. But I am so glad I listened to their very persuasive sales rep. The foundation work is one of the most comprehensive systems to resume building that was beyond my expectations.
I was very happy with the resume but one of the takeaways for me was the understanding of how to make my resume myself. The best part though was the intern. Super happy with my intern Aaryan who made sure that even if I was a little late in approving the jobs, he tediously networked on LinkedIn and there was a week where I had 6 interviews lined up.
Eventually, I was able to negotiate a 45% hike in my second offer. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a hassle-free job switch.

Regret the decision of trusting: Nxtjob.ai Is a Waste of ₹50k
I deeply regret choosing Nxtjob.ai. The tricks and tips are easily available on the internet, nothing new to offer. Don't fall for the big promises they make before purchasing the course. Not worth paying hard earned 50k.
The amount persuasion to buy the course was simply missing after the payment from these people.
I have lost 50k and big setback in Job hunting journey. Regret my decision to trust nxtjob.ai

The tool features are impressive but…
The tool features are impressive but their website is not. It’s not accessible via mobile. It’s also not accessible from MacBook. It’s accessible from laptop but the OTP functionality does not work. I don’t understand how would one proceed if one wants to purchase the tool or use it. If this improves, I will take down the review.

WASTE OF MONEY
I am very disappointed with my overall experience with Nxt Job.
I was really impressed with Richik Roy's orientation of the program initially and really thought this to be a good investment. While they seem to have a good plan in place and a good intent, it's not a robust system and there is no guarantee of anything.
Simply wasted my investment of 14K.
First and foremost, there is a lot of miscommunication internally - they took more than 3 months to only determine what am I eligible for, for the amount of 14K that I paid for. I even wanted to opt out during this time as there was no communication or clarity about anything, but they did not let that happen either.
You're only assigned for 4 weekly sessions, i.e. a total of 1 month, and for whatever reason, if you miss these sessions, you will only get a recording of the call where one of the key facilitators will discuss the work that was assigned to each individual for their respective roles/designations. At a time, there will be at least 7-10 people for each of these sessions.
I was working nights and also had to travel out of town and it was difficult, but no one is allowed to attend more than the sessions they're scheduled for. They're not flexible with their schedule and if you miss it, you miss it for good! No repeat sessions or additional sessions will be entertained.
Lack of clarity, communication, and flexibility!

So, here's what happens after I post my experience review here on Trust Pilot. I get a call from one of their mentors asking me take down my review from Trust Pilot and offered to help me with an additional month of support but did not fail to also rub it in that they're helping me with services worth 15k against the investment of 14k that I'd actually made and that they're trying to help me despite my fault of not giving my 100% as I work nights! I'm appalled and my question if I was the only member working nights in their huge list of subscribers to NxtJob, was only met with silence. My sour experience with NxtJob has just turned to disgusting now!!
