The trip went smoothly without any delays. The bus was clean and comfortable.

Driver was 30 mins late
Driver was 30 mins late, there was rubbish from previous journeys, the route was through Central London which added time to the journey

School Coach Trips - Excellent
We had booked coaches for 3 days in total. The coach drivers who took us to and from the airport on Monday and Friday were courteous and professional. I would like to pass on my personal thanks to our driver Steve, who spent the day driving us around London on Tuesday. He was both a delight to have as our driver and a true gentlemen. We appreciate the positive comments he made about our school group along with his in-depth knowledge of London's roads.

Late and unclean coaches and poor customer services response time.
After using the coach services for the past 3 years, this time round was bad. Customer services dep. seems stretched and don't get back to me (I have had to chase for information about my booking several times). Coaches did not arrive on time so I had to chase - sometime this is due to traffic, but the return journey for one coach was 20 minutes late with me having to chase. The driver was using his phone as a SAT nav, and had 2% battery, had to borrow a battery pack and wire from my colleague and did not give it back! I have chased, but have not had a response from customer services. Also, the coaches themselves were not clean - so much dirt on the floors of both, and one of the return journey coach had two seats ripped up. If we had a full coach we not have been able to accommodate our passenger. Really disappointing considering how much money we spent.
UPDATE FROM RESPONSE BELOW: I emailed on behalf of my colleague many time as well spoke to your helpdesk. Even though they assured me they would email me back with an our come, no one did so the response below is the first I have heard the partner company not being able to find it. Bad again not to keep me in the loop.

School ski trip in Saalbach/Zell am See/Kaprun
As the local ski rep for the Kings Langley School at the Austrian resort of Saalbach/Zell am See/Kaprun, from 5th to 11th April of this year, I not only had an excellent, very professional cooperation with Channon and Steve, who are very skillful drivers, managing to solve more challenging situations such as parking on a narrow roadside, but I also got along very well with them on a personal level. Good experience and very helpful!

Initial booking via Clarkes of London. Juliet was an amazing first contact who made the process easy to understand and navigate. She was very flexible with changes and very reassuring. Fab journey
National Express were our transport to a 5 day international netball tournament in Paris, and our driver Jamie was fantastic. The coach was really nice and the journeys were smooth, easing some of our travel sick youngsters. Jamie was efficient, kept us updated and even entertained our squads with some fab Disney karaoke - all in all, a fab experience!
