The best hijabs

I bought a couple of the instant chiffon hijabs to try motivate me me to try wearing hijab ❤️I was skeptical at first as I’ve never worn chiffon before and wasn’t a fan of the material not staying on, but ma’sha’Allah these hijabs are so good !!! So comfortable and easy to wear and I felt truly beautiful in them, I’m going to wear them for taraweeh and Eid and in’sha’Allah will continue to on my hijab journey , thank you so much team Nyva 🙏🏽 May Allah reward you infinite hasanat ❤️

Love! Love! Love!

Love! Love! Love! I got these scarves for my birthday and I couldn't believe how comfortable and easy they were to wear. I haven't worn any of my other scarves since getting these. I will be buying more!

The team was nothing but helpful

The team was nothing but helpful! I usually get anxious with online orders, but the people working in customer support were with me every step of the way. With every query I had, they were more than happy to help. The hijabs are also STUNNING! I will continue to support businesses that make the customer the number one priority. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Absolutely horrible people

Absolutely horrible people. Their delivery company failed to contact me or deliver my order, they then refused to cancel and refund my money. Absolute thieves!!! I don't want your stupid store credit, give me my money back!!!

According to the courier’s tracking, your parcel was transferred to your local postal service for final delivery and was later returned to us due to insufficient delivery details. As outlined in our shipping policy, once an order has been shipped and returned by the carrier, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund.

We did reach out to offer alternative solutions, including re-dispatch or store credit, and we remain happy to assist should you change your mind in the future.

I just starting to wear hijab recently

I just starting to wear hijab recently, and I bought different hijab styles from several retailers. I work in an office and I wanted something to look nice with formal clothing that is also comfortable. The normal undercap gives me bad headaches specially with long work hours and putting my hair up and I have long hair. I found the Nyva instant ninja and ordered a couple to try. Absolutely amazing. Very light ninja undercap. No pressure on my ears. The quality is very good and the size of the hijab itself is large so you can style it. The magnet is very strong and stays in place. I’m very happy with the purchase and going to order more but I hope they provide more colours of the instant ninja hijabs.

Completely Unacceptable Experience

Completely Unacceptable Experience

I paid an additional fee for 7-day express delivery and ended up waiting more than a full month without receiving anything. There was no clear communication, no proper updates, and no accountability for the delay.

After all that time, I was shocked to be asked to pay even more money just to receive my order — despite already paying extra for fast delivery. This was extremely frustrating and very disappointing.

When you run a scarf business, honesty and transparency with customers should be a basic standard. Customers trust you with their money and expect you to respect your promises.

Unfortunately, my experience was very unprofessional, and I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Your order included several items that were on backorder, which required additional time before dispatch. This timeframe was indicated on the product pages at the time of purchase, and our team remained responsive and in contact throughout the process to provide updates and support. Once the stock arrived, your parcel was dispatched promptly using the DHL Express service selected at checkout.

During this period, we also offered the option to change the shipping method to Standard International and refund the difference in cost due to the backorder. The order proceeded with DHL Express and was sent using that selected method once all items became available.

The additional amount requested upon delivery is a customs/import fee applied by authorities in the destination country. These charges are not collected by us, are separate from the shipping fee paid at checkout, and are determined by government regulations and the carrier. Information regarding potential customs duties and import fees for international orders is outlined in our shipping policy.

We always aim to respond promptly, communicate transparently, and support our customers at every stage of their order journey, and we’re sorry to hear that this experience did not meet your expectations.

We genuinely care about our customers’ experience and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

It is not good quality

It is not good quality, some of the scarves I ordered have minor holes. The price you pay for it is definitely not worth it.

I recently start wearing hijabs

I recently start wearing hijabs, it was not easy for me to carry undercap and scarf at the same time, but once I tried from NYVA I loved to wear hijabs. It’s very easy and comfy and best part it doesn’t need any pins. I think i bought all the colors. I’m so excited to wear on my job 🥰 Thank you NYVA 😍

I’m obsessed with these hijabs

I’m obsessed with these hijabs! Perfect for any occasion, especially when I’m in a hurry :) I purchased several colours and my absolute favourite is the Praline. The fabric drapes beautifully and the quality is amazing. Really well made, I’m impressed. I’ll definitely be buying more in other colours! Thank you so much :)

Amazing, game changing!

After reviewing your order, I can see this was a pre-order item, which meant it wasn't ready to ship immediately. By the time it was ready, your address had changed, and although we attempted to resend it, there was another issue with delivery - which is very rare and not something we usually encounter.

We issued a full refund at the time and have since grown our team to better manage our increasing volume and ensure situations like this aren’t repeated. We’re still a small business, but we’re learning and improving with every step, inshaAllah.
