Ordered my items almost 4 weeks ago. After several emails and no response I think I’ve been scammed £100 is a lot of money to kiss goodbye. Last time I order from TikTok shop.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.. This company is one of the worst that I have ever dealt with. The garment was shipped from China and took well over 3 weeks for delivery even though I was emailing them for a tracking number.
When received it was rolled up like a dish rag. The quality was very poor. Not like the website. No labelling.. Emails have been sent on a daily basis with little correspondence from them. I have been asked to send the garment back at my cost it would cost to much with no gaurentee that a refund would be issued. Please save yourself from ordering from these scammers. Disgusted that they are still allowed to trade.

Absolute disgrace of a company take your money then a wait of 8 weeks and dozens of emails later to be told if u req a refund u have to post the thing back to china at your Owen expense it’s just scam and they also trade under lots of names on face book be careful people

Avoid at all costs. They take your money then radio silence, other than emails showing you other items. You cannot track your orders although it suggests you can. Fictitious tracking number. Charlatans. I regret trusting the 5 star obviously fake reviews. Lesson learnt. Archie & Harriet or whatever false name you pose has. Hang your head in shame.

Erm, currently 15 days with no delivery. 4 emails with no response. Spent £155 and I wish to God I'd checked the reviews. This company, is not a company. Absolute bunch of chancers. Don't make the same mistake I did, avoid, avoid, avoid

Eventually turned up after nearly a month absolutely dreadful quality with pulls poorly made no tags or washing instructions very poor company that lies

I ordered the pants and the hoodie in October but haven’t got anything. So just don’t buy from them they are not shipping.

Eind september iets besteld. Tot vandaag niks ontvangen. Ook geen reactie op mails. Eind september de website ontdekt op instagram en gecheckt op trust pilot; toen enkel positieve reviews. Nu enkel nog slechte. Positieve reviews waren duidelijk fake. Onbetrouwbare site ! Niet bestellen.
DO NOT TRUST the site and the positive reviews. IT'S ALL FAKE. If you order you receive nothing (nog clothes, no reaction on your mails, no money back).

Do not trust the 5 star reviews- they’re all fake. Bought more than a month ago still no updates! When i click on link to view my order it says “can’t open link”. DO NOT BUY, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME!!

I am never going to trust a TikTok shop again and I never got the product and it’s been 19 days so don’t buy from them🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

for once in life i trusted tiny shop from tiktok and definitely it was last time, i didnt get package the site says "items are complete" whatever that means and i dont know what to do, 40gbp is not small amount, ofc i emailed them and there is no response so if someone knows what to do please help ;*
