I ordered a shirt on 1/26/23 and was provided an inactive DHL link. I emailed customer service and said it wasn’t working when they notified me that the item I bought was still in production and they only had two other sizes for immediate delivery. I informed them to switch the size so it would immediately deliver and they emailed me 2 days later saying it was out of stock and asked if I wanted to get another variation of the shirt (the color was hideous). Took them another 3 days before they said they were processing a refund. This website is ridiculous, which is so sad because I was really looking forward to getting this shirt.

I ordered something around Oct and I was well aware I'd probably have to wait a month or 2 due to what they had written but obviously now it's the end of November. I emailed, they said they'd dispatch within 1-2 weeks. The tracking didn't update at ALL. I decided to message on instagram and ask but again no response. So I filed a chargeback on my credit card. I know some people had some good experiences but please don't order from here. It's really expensive and honestly why are some orders so quick when others just aren't even delivered??

my first order sucked. i ordered a skirt in 2020 (around black friday time) and i definitely got it in 2021–but like, way later, like in march.

this time was much better, though, and i have to hand it to them!

i bought during their most recent black friday drop and didn’t really have my hopes up. they kind of duked me out the first time and it was painful. and the skirt was a really terrible, awkward material.

their new stuff, however, is much nicer quality, and i ended up receiving my items 3 days before the posted deadline—something i was not counting on, but pleasantly surprised me, especially considering they warned customers for a 3-week (minimum) handling time. thank you for improving, omighty! i hope everyone else has similar experiences.

Ordered in early October and paid $25 for express shipping which stated it would take 3-5 working days after processing time. They gave me a shipping confirmation the NEXT DAY with a tracking number and the subject line “your order is on its way to you.” The website stated to allow several days to a week for processing but as of two weeks after ordering, my item has not even shipped. The customer service stated that my item would not even be ready to ship until the end of October, which is past when I needed it. The customer service was super passive aggressive and basically kept pressuring me to cancel the order. I needed this item for an event and recommended the cute designs to several of my friends but will be telling them and my social media audience not to order from this company if they expect to receive their order anytime soon.

Honestly very impressed. I ordered from this site, then I saw the some negative reviews and got a bit nervous, but my order arrived in just over a week which was very good considering I paid for standard delivery which is usually 10-20 days. My shirt also came with a free tote bag and some cool stickers which made me really happy. I would definitely order from here again, I’m very happy with my product. Thank you O-Mighty! ❤️

Misleading cost. I paid way more than I normally would for a tank top 35 USD = 47 CAD), but it was cute so I thought it would be worth it. Shipping and handling to Canada cost a decent amount as well (10.95 USD = 15 CAD). I assumed duties were included in this fee but they’re not. Now I’m expected to pay an additional 25 CAD for this tank top. Do yourself a favour if you live in Canada and don’t bother.

I ordered a tank top on 8/27 and just received it today, on 8/31, with regular shipping to Texas.

The top is so freaking soft and stretchy, but I wish I had ordered my regular size (XL) because it is a little big and I freaked out reading reviews about how their clothing is smaller. I’ll make it work, it’s still such great quality and perfect for my upcoming event.

I just wanted to write a positive review because if you’re here and you’re like me, you take reviews SERIOUSLY haha they didn’t let me down and I did purchase during a sale so I’m very pleased with my experience:) I’ll be shopping here again

Ho ordinato una t-shirt sabato e arrivata mercoledì, (vivo in italia) ho dovuto pagare 30€ di dogana, cosa che non è stata specificata nell'email ma comunque specificata nella sezione in basso del sito in TERMS & SHIPPING>DUTIES AND TAXES.
La t-shirt che mi è arrivata è di buona qualità, il disegno sulla maglia e la scritta sono interamente ricamati e con l'ordine mi hanno aggiunto degli sticker e una tote bag. :)

I got scared with the bad reviews but i bought one thing anyway. it came within 4 days and it fit perfectly! it’s great quality and i got a nice free bag and free stickers. i have no complaints.

SO BAD ITS ALMOST FUNNY BUT ITS NOT
i ordered 2 tops from omighty and paid an extra $40 AUD for express shipping (which states to be 5-10days shipping). i thought it was all going well despite the fact my tracking number was incorrect and not working, and i recieved my package on time. or so i thought. I ONLY GOT ONE TOP OF THE 2 TOPS ORDERED??? and there was a small scribble on a piece of paper saying the other one would be shipped in 15-25 days???? I PAID FOR EXPRESS?? i needed these tops for an event. i had no email communication about why this is, no communication at all except that weird little note. they have such cute clothes but terrible service. i would not order from them again. (AND this is actually the second time, this shipping delay has happened to me on a separate order). ridiculous.

Was concerned from the reviews but the quality of the clothes is great. It’s typically takes 4-5 days for delivery through DHL. Sizing is accurate and the best way to reach them for concerns are PayPal email. They are kinda rude but regardless, clothes are cute and very durable material!!

Cute clothes, cute packaging, but the top I’ve ordered in size XL (!) fits a size S maximum… First thing I’m disappointed about. Next thing, I had to pay 23€ at DHL. I‘ve ordered this one top for almost 50€, got the information that it’s going to be delivered soon but that I have to pay costs at DHL and now it’s almost 73€ for just one top that doesn’t even fit. I didn’t expect such high costs. I‘d wish that this would be more visible at the omighty website. I feel disappointed. It’s just so much money for one top. Wouldn’t order again, try to buy it second hand or some…. 23€ at DHL to get the package…. woah

Shipping label printed immediately, they sent an email specificying to allow up to 3 weeks processing time. Only took 2 weeks my three t-shirts were shipped via express and I got them 2 days after shipping confirmation. Clothes are good quality. I also got a free tote bag and stickers!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

They print out your shipping label the day you purchase your item but don’t actually ship out the item so the tracking information constantly says “ORDER NOT FOUND” I reached out to customer service because I couldn’t understand how a company could just print out a label and let it sit in their warehouse… they were soooo incredibly rude. Short, no hello, no happy to help you.. they almost beg you to cancel.

I was hit with “if you’re not willing to wait I’ll cancel your order” well I was willing to wait but since their customer support is so rude I refuse to support a company like that. I asked for a refund so we will see if they can even uphold that and give it to me.

Awful. Ordered on Black Friday and took over three months to get my item. When reaching out they said “ You placed an order during our biggest sale of the year, with a huge discount already applied. If you do not wish to wait, we can simply go ahead and cancel now.” Not even a hello. Never again.

J’étais retissante a l’idée d’acheter sur ce site au vu des innombrables avis négatifs mais trouvant les vêtements très jolis et originaux je me suis quand même lancée. J’ai reçu le colis en moins de 1 semaine! J’avais pas mal d’aprioris sur cette marque pensant qu’il s’agirait d’une marque de fast fashion comme les autres qui fait des prix excessivement élevés pour pas grand chose et une qualité minime. Cependant j’ai été très étonnée par la qualité du tissu qui était plus qu’au rendez vous; tissu épais, très agréable à porter, extensible, couleur conforme. De plus, les petits cadeaux sont super cutes et pas tous les sites propose de petites surprises comme ici. Le seul bémol sont les frais de douanes qui avoisine les 35 euros! Du coup, satisfaite, j’ai recommandé une nouvelle fois sur le site.

took 5 months to ship and absolutely no customer service :)

i LOVE omighty omg i ordered 4 items from them last friday (4/14) and they were just delivered today (4/17)!! im so surprised cause i didnt pay for the faster shipping option AND all my items were in the package like...... im so happy

so right after i had placed my order for 3 tops from omighty, i checked this website's reviews and bruh all the negative reviews had me SO nervous BUTTT i didn't pay for the faster shipping option and i still got my order (with all 3 shirts) within a week! so i had a really great experience :)

So, a lot of the reviews online made me feel anxious about the shipping/delivery time of my package. I reached out to customer service after about 3 days of my tracking not updating. They shipped it the next day after that. Overall, my package took 5 days to arrive from the time I ordered it. I got express shipping and reached out to customer service so that may have been why. Regardless, I’m very impressed in how fast it arrived. AND the clothes are made out of high quality (soft, thick) fabric. The fit on each clothing is beautiful and snatches my waist! I’ve never ordered from here before and was expecting the worse so I was pleasantly surprised. My advice is to just spend the extra $10-15 for the faster shipping if shipping time is a big worry for you. Nobody wants to wait 3 months for their clothes to arrive :)
