I read all of these reviews before purchasing from their website so I knew what I was in for (I just really wanted this top lol). I got one shirt during a 30% off sale, and including the customs it came to about 80 CAD - which is a lot but again I knew it would be pricey going in. After exactly 3 weeks I emailed them and asked for a tracking number, to which they replied that it would take an EXTRA 3 weeks on top of regular processing times bc of covid, and they gave me a date to email them again if I hadn't received it by then. Very soon after that email I got a tracking number and the package made its way from Singapore to Ontario really quickly. Overall it took about a month to arrive. My order was right and the shirt is cute. All in all I'm pretty happy with the order considering I had extremely low expectations, hopefully I can get the same experience if I order from them again! My advice would be to email them - if you haven't talked to customer service, just assume it isn't coming lol.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 tops from here over 2 months ago and I only received one yesterday despite never being told I wouldn’t receive the other one. It was only until I emailed in complaint that they told me the other top would take 15-25 working days to ship let alone arrive at my house! The email was also an automated reply. I will be asking for a refund on the shipping and a refund on the second top. The first top that came wasn’t even good quality despite paying $46 for it plus $20 shipping. Do not recommend. Awful customer services.

i ordered a top and butterfly pants back in December and it’s almost May and i still haven’t gotten it in the mail. I have a feeling i won’t ever receive it🤘🏻 thanks

Do not order from here. I ordered a set with express shipping and have been waiting for 5 months to get my order. This is not the first time this has happened when I ordered from them. They are now ignoring all my emails, and I even tried to DM them.

SHIPPING:
I orderd two tops back on the 7th of april (i'm ok i'm alive top and the horse baby tank) with express shipping and a 30% of sale. After two weeks i still didn't get an tracking code so i sent them an e-mail at first they didn't reply so i emailed them again they answered saying my package was on the way and that DHL was gonna send me a tracking code. The next day i recieved an e-mail from DHL telling me my package will be delivered on friday and telling me i had to pay EUR 33 of taxes.
After that i recieved my items on friday during office hours, just like they said. Overall i am happy with their service.

PACKAGING:
my order itself was just packed in a bag of DHL, i recieved my two tops i ordered and a free tote bag and stickers. The labels on the tops are so cute! i hung them up on my wall. the stickers and tote bag are both really cute!

SIZE: i was a bit scared i wouldn't fit into the tops, normally i am an xs but they only had an s so i was a bit scared they were gonna be to big but they actually aren't. they fit me so well they're only a bit long but not to much. so i would just take your own size.

QUALITY: the quality of both tops are great! thet're so so so soft and a good fabric, the only thing i don't like is that the "i'm ok i'm alive" top is a bit seetrough ( i got it in white btw). the quality of the tote bag and stickers are great!

PRICE: i paid EUR 150 including taxes and shipping costs, it's a bit pricy but the tops are worth it they are adorable!!!

so overall do i recommend o'mighty? yes, but only if you take express shipping <3

J’ai commandé deux articles le 21 février et je n’ai toujours rien reçu. Aucun tracking ou autre. Personne ne réponds à mes e-mails. C’est vraiment très incorrect, malpoli et j’en passe. Tellement déçue !

Took 3 months to arrive, the sales team were so unhelpful and just ignored my last few emails

I actually got a really good service from them. I placed an order on 3rd april at midnight and they sent me a confirmed email right after that. Then i got email about shipping info/they shipped the package on 6 april. Everything processed with no problems at all. I got the package on 9 april. They sent me everything they supposed to sent (things i ordered, stickers, tote) The only thing that is not satisfied me is that i had to pay taxes and vat% to the shipper which is about 26$ if i convert to usd. (You don’t have to pay taxes if you choose like the cheaper delivery method) The quality of the dress is acceptable and better than i expected at least for me. The texture is quite reminded me of swimsuit but i don’t think it’s that bad like other people said.

Ps. I choose express delivery and living in Thailand which is quite close to Singapore so that’s probably why it’s so quick.
Ps.2 I ordered one dress cost me total 70.35$ including 30% off discount.

Not the best...
I didn't have the best experience with o mighty, they are not very transparent (no size charts, no fabric %) which is annoying for someone who is in-between sizes and has sensitive skin like myself. Customer service very unhelpful, expect a full out war for a refund. Don't bother with express shipping if you're from the UK as in the get out clause orders can take longer to process anyway so it really is a gamble. Based in Singapore so the stuff isn't the BEST quality but if it's not suited in my experience it's easy enough to get your money back on depop rather than sending it back. Lots of dupes on Aliexpress than I am yet to try myself, but I can't imagine there will be much leeway in quality apart from the 'branding'. Overall not worth it. I like the one love skirt I received from them, nice stickers and cute tote bag. If you are very patient and like cute designs and expensive prices its OK. Other than that for the average customer I would say to avoid.

Omighty has really cute stuff but the quality, price and amount of time they took to ship is really not worth it. My order took 3 months to arrive and I never got a tracking email, by the time it did come I’d completely forgot I ordered it. The top was pretty see through and a thin material. It did come with a cute tote bag and stickers though. Overall it’s okay but I wouldn’t buy from here again, especially if you’re wanting it to come in a reasonable amount of time.

i would give zero stars if i could. spent $150 and have been waiting for 4 months. no shipping confirmation or updates. i have emailed them twice and only and automated email comes back. ridiculous

Literally ridiculous. I’ve been emailing them for the past two months and all they’ve responded with is that my order is “on the way” and a customer service representative would get back with me in the next 1-3 business days. Mind you a representative has not reached out to me either. So unprofessional

Awful customer service. I ordered a shirt and waiting over 4 months. After constantly emailing back and forth they assured me many times that my order was on it's way. They said they were able to see it and that it was shipped. Later I get an email saying the shirt is out of stock! It never shipped that whole time they were lying and I never received my refund! They basically stole money from me.

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. I ordered a very cute shirt during black friday, it's march 22nd and, got my order today. 4 MONTHS FOR AN OVERPRICED PIECE OF FABRIC!! Also, the taxes and duties add up a lot, had to pay 23eur = 27$ ONTOP of shipping which was 8eur/9$. Had to pay 65eur/77$ for a single piece of fabric that is unbelievably bad quality for its price. Do not recommend.

I ordered a top back in October and only got it today after emailing them. Once I emailed them it got shipped out instantly so idk what was up with that. Overall the top was super cute and made with good quality material so I'm still glad I ordered as the wait didn't bother me much. Id recommend to only order if you have a lot of patience but overall I'm happy with the clothes.

I ordered two tees back in early January and I have still not received them after it said postage would take 3-4 weeks.. I emailed asking the parcels whereabouts because I cannot track the parcel myself because it asks for details I don't have. They assured me in that email it would arrive in the next 1-2 weeks which was back in mid February. Its almost been another month and still no parcel, not impressed and trying to get the order cancelled and get my money back! Don't bother with this store its not worth it, it's super over priced and I feel like I pretty much got scammed..

I get that COVID has thrown a wrench into the works when it comes to shipping, but I've ordered from so many other international vendors (that use DHL) and my orders have come in a fraction of the time so it's really not the most persuasive excuse. After emailing twice (I think emailing twice seems to be the magic number) OMighty told me that they had shipped the package and I finally got an email from DHL. I ordered three items in late December and my package is scheduled to arrive in a few days. If you have divine patience I suppose I could recommend them. I think three stars is pretty generous, given my almost four-month wait, but I decided to give them another star since their customer service department responds in a timely manner and seemed friendly enough despite my being a little passive-aggressive.

ordered a dress december 5 and never shipped and it’s now mid march. i contacted them and they said they won’t cancel the order despite taking months to even confirm the order. don’t shop here it’s not worth it at all

Placed the order, basically got scammed. I never got my order, placed it in November and it’s now March. They never gave a tracking number and I can’t get a refund. Trash company do NOT buy from them.

Don't buy from here.
I have now been waiting 7 weeks for my skirt, no shipping information, no contact. Website is also unhelpful. Not worth buying something overpriced for such a slow, awful service.
