I’m not sure if I got a faulty dress, but the cut is so ridiculous- the only way I could fit this was if my hips were an extra six inches. I ordered a dress that I have been eyeing for months and after the long wait it arrived. I have a more straight cut dress from them that fits perfectly. May just be how they order & cut their dresses but I unfortunately won’t be buying again unless second hand for lower price. I am also not going to bother to return it bc we all know their customer service.... sucks😭 Just going to attempt to alter myself, wish me luck! It would be nice if they had a sizing chart on their website.

I was expecting my order to take months to take but it came in 2 weeks which I was really happy about. I really think that the prices are too expensive for what I’m getting, the quality is really cheap. After washing one of my items once the logo started to become worse.
6 month wait so far
I ordered "FAIRYLAND DRAWSTRING SKIRT IN PINK TIEDYE" and "FAIRYLAND DRAWSTRING TOP IN PINK TIEDYE" August 31. I still have not received the items and it is February 18 today.
It's been nearly six months. I was told it would take 3-4 weeks. I'm very disappointed.
not worth it
I ordered a few items here during their black friday sale at the end of November and still have not received anything, not even a shipping confirmation. I reached out to customer service in January to ask about any order updates and they told me to email them again if I hadn't received my order by January 30th. After January 30 I still hadn't gotten anything so I emailed them again. They told me that my package had just shipped and DHL would directly send me a tracking email. This was over 2 weeks ago and I still have not received a tracking email or my order. The only thing they tell me in their emails is to keep waiting. Especially considering their substantial social media presence, their company should be much better managed than it is.
Customer service, and ripping off.
I ordered the butterfly cami lace top from omighty, first off, it took 2 months for it to finally arrive, and when it did it was still at the post office, because i had to pay 13.00 tax. That wasn't a problem but it ended up being sent back to the warehouse. I contacted omighty to ask for a refund, (considering I paid but didn't recieve my item), and the customer service was awful, it took me days of contacting them, and the person on the other end was rude, not answering my question about having a refund and saying 'it was my responsibility'. Finally, they said i could refund, and sent me a paypal link but it didn't work. It's a shame because I always looked forward to buying from this site, but i just feel like they overprice for what it's worth, and rip people off.
save your time and money
i never write reviews but holy hell i ordered two items in NOVEMBER and have yet to receive any shipping confirmation/update whatsoever. i understand waiting a month and a few extra weeks because mail is all sorts of crazy right now, but i’m coming on three months w no sign of receiving this package and their customer service is lazy and vague. i ordered something from a small business in london a WEEK ago and it’s already here yet this fully functioning business cannot ship two items in under 3 months. unless you absolutely NEED something from this website save your time and money
HORRIBLE SERVICE, LOOOONG WAIT
I ordered a skirt on Nov. 29th and I still have not gotten a shipping confirmation. I would be understanding if it had shipped, as mail has been slow, but it’s mid-February.
I have tried contacting customer service to no avail.
Although we are in a pandemic, I have ordered from other stores, and have not waited nearly this long ESPECIALLY since I haven’t even gotten a shipping confirmation.
This is ridiculous to me. It is pretty disingenuous to keep advertising the item on social media if it is on backstock (which is the only reason I can think of for it taking so long). We are way past the 3-4 weeks processing time. This is the worst service I have ever had, and I would definitely not recommend buying from this company as they have shown that they are extremely unprofessional.
Longest shipping EVER!
Ordered back in November and still haven’t received items.
I emailed them after 2 months and they said to wait another 1-2 weeks. It’s been over 2 weeks since then and I still haven’t received anything. Not even a shipping confirmation, tracking updates or order updates.
Used COVID as an excuse however I’ve ordered items from America after that order that have arrived way sooner.
I would order more from them because I love their items but given the ridiculous waiting time and that they aren’t even an ethical, slow fashion brand, they will no longer have my support. Such poor management of a business that has the potential to make a lot more money and have a much more loyal and regular customer base. Not building up a very good name for themselves anymore.

So i ordered a top on black friday for my sisters birthday on january the 13th. the confirmation email said to allow 3 weeks to process and ship out the order. It also said they would notify me as soon as the order had shipped. By the end of december I did get any notification nor did I receive my order yet so I emailed them to see whats up. They replied and asked me to wait another 3 weeks. If the order wasn't in by January the 20th I'd have to email them again. Obvs I was bummed out that the top wouldn't arrive in time for my sis' bday even though I ordered it way in advance. Needless to say, by January 20th I didn't have the order AND they didn't even bother to update me. On January the 31st (!) I emailed them again saying I didn't get it yet and at this point, I want my money back. They told me the following: "I can see from our backend that your order has shipped. DHL will send you tracking email directly very soon. ....... I was like: "Forget DHL. If it has shipped, why did I not get a confirmation from you guys that it has shipped???" Obvs, they never replied. Ughhhh absolute abysmal customer service. I abhor companies like this and will never order from them again.

I tried ordering from the site one day, got an email confirmation on my order just for them to say they don’t ship to my country!!! Why would my address be confirmed and my order able to go through if they don’t ship to my country? once I put my address in, it should have already said unable to ship to my country. Which gave me the idea I was going to get my order. Then the sales rep asked me to give them another address to ship too and I just laughed because where else would you guys ship it to beside my own address you’re saying you want me to go through a secondary just for two items that were overly priced for cheap material. I told them I don’t have another address to ship to and then they went on to say shall we proceed to cancel your order. So it got canceled and I’m happy it did, I got a refund and will spend my money else where.

It has been 6 weeks since I have received my confirmation email and it said it would take 3-4 weeks to ship. I still haven't received my item or a email saying they have shipped my item even though I emailed them 5 days ago asking where my items were. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!
Omighty review
Three months after purchasing and being sent a shipping confirmation I still hadn’t received my package so I decided to email customer service. Customer service responded promptly which I thank, however we established that my package had never been shipped out. They apologised and had another skirt shipped out which arrived within 3 days.
No updates 5 weeks after ordering
It’s been 5 weeks since I ordered and I haven’t received a single update on whether it’s shipped or when it’s coming. Also super overpriced. 0/10

do not buy anything from omighty! it’s pointless and a total waste of money. i purchased 3 items around july 10th 2020 and only received two of them, they wrote me saying the last item was on “backorder” and due to covid it was hectic. so i gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to wait. then on October 3rd i reached out via email saying i wanted a refund since it had been months and i paid FORTY dollars for 1 cropped shirt. they emailed me back saying they would ship the shirt within 1-2 weeks. so again, really wanting what i had paid for i decided to wait.. on January 6th 2021 i decided i was done waiting so i emailed them asking for a refund. they messaged back saying my order has already been shipped? where’s my tracking information? why didn’t i get an email saying my order that i had been waiting for, FOR SEVEN months was on its way? moral of the story the clothes are thin and cheap feeling but extremely over priced for stuff that i’ve literally seen all over the internet and they don’t provide solid tracking information. do yourself a favor and don’t shop at omighty.
You will never get your item
I ordered these super cute butterfly tie dye pants as they came on my Explore page on insta! They were a pre-order so I had to wait 3-4 weeks, around the 3 week point I emailed and asked for an update. They said expect to receive shipping update at the end of December. Well the end of December comes and I email them and they reply saying that there is an additional 3 week delay. Bullsh*t. I placed an order in November meaning that if I agreed to a 3-4 wait that is all I should be waiting for. They are out here scamming people and hoping we will forget we ordered something from them. Terrible business. Cancel your order before it’s too late. I did.
UPDATE 01/21: received the butterfly pants oh my god!!! So cheaply made I cannot believe they are charging $80 for these!!! “Hand dyed” my a**!! These are obviously screen printed. Looks so tacky in real life. Their shirts are cute but start wearing off after like two washes. A truly scummy company.

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered! I placed my order a little over a month ago but I emailed them because they hadn’t gotten back to me. They replied back saying they are busy at the moment and it takes additional time for processing. However the next day I get an email saying it has shipped and it seems to be a trend in the reviews that they only ship your order once you bring it up.
It hasn’t arrived yet so I can’t say anything for the quality of the shirt but had I known there would be pricey fees to Canada, I probably would not have purchased it.

We will see if the price is worth the cloths quality wise when I get them in the mail which could be in a year at this rate...
