O Mighty Reviews 

Got nervous after reading all these reviews as I had already ordered from omighty, but I had a really good experience. Bought during the Black Friday sales and got confirmation straight after. They did email me a general shipment update but didn’t give me a tracking number. I emailed them and they confirmed that there is a lot of parcels going out and didn’t give me a number but within a week or so I got an update from FedEx thag they had received it. All in all the items are really nice but again overpriced so I’m glad to have bought during the sale.

I got really scared reading all the bad reviews on here as I was waiting for my order, but since I was very happy with it I decided to write about my experience with o-mighty.
So I ordered during their Black Friday and I got my order today, which doesn't seem like that long of a wait (especially since they probably got tons of order during that sale so I understood the wait) and I got updates through FedEx. I ordered a dress, and even though I'm not an expert on the matter it felt like good quality. It was also exactly like the picture. I understand the complaints about the prices though, which is why I feel like the Black Friday sale was a good deal for people like me who aren't willing to spend so much on one piece of clothing. Anyway my order also came with a cute tote bag, stickers and a small o-mighty file, which I really appreciated. So as far as my experience goes, I would definitely recommend!

This brand is cute but way to exspensive for what it is

I was very worried because I only found all of these bad reviews after I ordered :/ but it turned out to be a very good experience with o-mighty. I placed my order during their black friday sale on the 19th november. I got a confirmation straight away. 2 days later I got a second email saying it had been shipped. i was a bit skeptical of this email because I had read they have been known to send these even when they haven't actually shipped the order. Never the less i trusted the process and waited for my order to arrive. The next tuesday (which was 4 days after it had been shipped) I got a text message from DHL saying they have my package and it is estimated to be delivered in exactly a week from that day. I kept checking the DHL tracking link that had been sent to make sure it was getting updated, which it was. i also noticed at this point that my order was titled 'o-mighty express shipment' even though I only paid for standard shipping, I guess I was very lucky to have gotten that lol. That friday (27th nov) my order had arrived and everything I ordered was in the package. I also didn't have to pay any duties (i live in australia btw) I had done my research on their baby tanks and found out that they fit very small and shrink in the wash. I, myself, usually fit a small but didn't want to risk anything, so I ordered a large in all 3 tanks. They all fit very well with a bit of room for shrinkage and don't have any sewing mistakes or errors. My order also came with a free tote bag and a sheet of stickers. Definitely a 10/10 for packaging. All in all, this first experience with o-mighty was extremely good, but I can't be certain it would be the same if I ordered again. I am very grateful to have actually received my order lol. Hope this helps with anyone wanting to order from o-mighty xoxo

Ordered top for my teen daughter . Was fairly pricey plus delivery but was a birthday gift... took ages to arrive ... eventually did. Looks fairly average, certainly not quality (given the price). Anyway, today I get a DHL VAT Bill for £19.61... making the top around £75!!!! Daylight robbery. Won’t buy again.

SO RUDE! I was waiting for 3 months for my order. We had a previous miscommunication regarding the colour of one of my pieces, when I explained this to them shortly after receiving it they totally disregarded it. After 3 months I decided to cancel my order, and requested that I could send the piece back that we’d miscommunicated about. I received the most abrupt, condescending email in response, they refused to let me return the set and only refunded me for the top. I’m extremely upset and disappointed, don’t spend your money here seriously they don’t deserve it.

I would not buy from them if you don't live in the US. The customs costs to the UK are £17.50 on top of the delivery cost of $8.95. So a very average quality t-shirt will cost me over £50!!!!

Jeg ventede i over to måneder på min pakke, så jeg valgte at skrive det til dem. Jeg modtog min pakke tre dage efter.
Deres tøj er sødt, men ikke pengene værd i min mening. Det er ikke super god kvalitet i forhold til hvad det koster. Skulle betale told på dagen pakken ankom, så det endte med at jeg kom af med samlet 1300kr for fire trøjer. Det mener jeg er alt for dyrt sammenlignet med kvaliteten og leveringstiden.

I’ve never written a review before but considering what I went through with this company I feel compelled to let everyone know to never purchase from this company. Over the course of four months I have emailed customer service asking where my order is and I have not got one clear answer as to what the status of my order is. I explained several times I do not want a cancellation and I would just like to know what the status of my order is and I got the same answer over and over again stating there’s delays due to Covid. I said that I understood there was delays due to Covid and that was completely fine and all I wanted to know is what the status of my order is. But I just continued to get the exact same response every single time. Then I wake up this morning to an email telling me that they gave me a refund and canceled my order when that was not what I asked. So not only has it taken almost 4 months and still not arrived but over the course of four months customer service has not answered one of my questions but they did think it was ok to go out of their way to cancel my order when that was not what I asked. Now I have to make the exact same order knowing full well it’s going to take an extra four months. At this point I will never purchase from this company again.

Ordered ONE shirt in April. Never received. They said they refunded the money but I never got a penny back. DON'T ORDER.

0 stars if i could. i ordered my clothes in september and its november 8 and NOTHING. i even paid for fast shipping too. I am so pissed off and their customer service is no help. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! reading some of these reviews saying their stuff shipped quick 3 days ago are really making me mad since mine is still in singapore

i got the blue hibiscus dress and it took a couple weeks
its seriously one thin piece of fabric and fake lace made of cotton
they couldnt even put a slip underneath or something its so see through and it doesnt show or say that it is
just for the bloody expensive price it is youd expect half decent fabric and craftsmanship
the seams are horrible too

I know most of the reviews mention their customer service and slow shipping times, but I actually had no issue with either! My order was confirmed and I received a shipment notification 2 days later (when I paid for standard shipping); which was nice! I received my order within 3 days :)

Trust me, I was afraid that I’d be waiting months for my order and would have to go through a lengthy process of chasing them, but I honestly had no issue. One of my shirts is on backorder though, which I was unaware of. They mentioned it will ship within 15-25 business days, so I’ll be sure to update this review if I have anything else to mention.

SIZE AND WEAR:
The clothes I received are tts! I got a few baby tanks in a small and the shirt is super stretchy, so you won’t have to worry about it being too tight! The material is slightly thin, but a nude bra under the shirt looks perfectly fine. (For reference: I’m 5’7, 34” bust, 25” waist, 38” hips).

Also, be aware that you will have to pay custom duties and taxes!! I got taxed $48 CAD on a $143 order (They had a 30% off sale). I truly recommend this brand; there isn’t a store that makes clothes like they do. It is pricy, but I would say to wait for their sales ofc. Other than that, I’d for sure order from them again!

UPDATE:
I didn’t have to reach out to OMIGHTY to receive my shirt on backorder, they sent out a shipment within 2-3 weeks like they said; which was AMAZING.
I ended up ordering again on Black Friday, and emailed them about another shirt on backorder since it’s been over 2-3 weeks. They replied to my email in 10 minutes, saying a shipment will be going out by the end of the week. I got an email the next day saying a shipment is on its way!

I was scared to order from o-mighty bc of all these bad reviews but they have the 30% off halloween sale so i just said f it and i ordered stuff for about $250 and I also chose expedited shipping. It came surprisingly fast!!! i ordered October 24th and I received it October 28th and I didn’t have to pay for duty and customs fees at all. Also customer service reply really fast. Overall cute clothes, fast shipping, and friendly staff. Will order again soon <3

if i could give 0 i would. i ordered in may and received confirmation of my order in october. not only that, but was also charged with 33 CAD in duties.

Been waiting for 10 weeks for my package and have been back and forth with customer services who assured me it would be with me in a weeks time. However, today I received a call from Singapore letting me know it hasn't even been shipped yet. Understandable that things are taking slightly longer than normal due to current circumstances but 10 weeks+ is a ridiculous amount of time to wait considering the prices paid for shipping etc!

I am a loyal Omighty customer. I’ve easily given them a grand of my hard earned money. And usually they exceed my expectations. But I ordered the bow bow halter exactly one month ago. It was listed as a preorder but states shipping will be 2-3 weeks. No big deal. 2 weeks goes by and I email and ask when they expect to have it in stock and they say an additional 3 weeks. Why do you list something that isn’t in stock for preorder and put it’ll ship in 2-3 weeks when it will be well over a month? It seems dishonest to do that. I’m not making another purchase from them until my top ships. I’m really disappointed with Omighty right now and I hope that my top ships out soon (or I get a reply to my email) and I’ll consider revising my review.

I ordered a bodysuit 6 months ago and i never heard anything. I emailed them countless times and they never responded. It showed up today stained and dirty. Never again.

TERRIBLE QUALITY AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My item is completely unwearable! So see through that I cannot wear it with or without a bra cause you can see everything!!! I am so so upset i paid so much money for this product and it took MONTHS to get here and it just sucks ya know i had such high expectations and was so excited and this experience has been horrible! They will not refund or replace. Such a horrible company, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have been shopping from Omighty since 2016. I love them and buy the majority of my clothes from them, but this year I’ve noticed a decrease in quality. I also placed several orders this year that came in several packages; items were missing, and I feel like if I never emailed them, I never would have received them. Unfortunately I will no longer be buying from Omighty, unless they slash their prices. It’s not worth it.
