Gary and James at oak porches were fantastic! When ordering the porch James told me there would be a 6-7 week wait as they are very busy. In that time James sent me build plans and recommended stone for the oak to sit on and was in communication with me right through until porch was delivered to site!
When building the porch Gary would answer his phone right up to 6 0clock in the evening being extremely helpful until porch was completed.

The initial contact was good and questions answered broadly in realtime, Design drawings provided so that I could accurately work out what size of porch to order. The lead time was middling (about 7-8 weeks in all) but the delivery was hassle free and the product (a large Broadway) is absolutely first class. The oak is excellent and it is very well made meaning that our builder and his mate had it up in under a day (complaining about how heavy it was!)

We wanted to thatch our finished porch and he was super helpful in designing and sending plans which would facilitate this ( pitch in particular). Correspondence was great and despite a bit of a delay receiving the porch kit, it was well worth it. Fantastic build quality, materials and unusual design with the curved timber in the gable. Good value for money. We are delighted with the finish and would highly recommend this company!

Having spotted one of your beautiful porches on a strangers house I had to ask them where they got it from. They recommended yourselves and I can’t say anything bad. The range of different styles was great. It was easy to order, pay and the delivery was on time. We are very pleased with our porch.

There are so many excellent designs available at Oak Porches online that, initially, we felt rather spoilt for choice. In the end, we chose quite a traditional design, one that really exemplifies the beauty of the wood grain and the excellent craftsmanship in the manufacture. Placing the order was stress and trouble free; the guys were most helpful in understanding all our requirements and soon supplied an easy to understand draft design. We became very excited when the porch finaly arrived, and we were eventually able to put it in place with the help of a local roofer. We're really thrilled with the look of it. The porch has really transformed the whole feeling of the house and many of our friends and neighbours have paid complements. Even our roofer wants one now! Overall, we are very pleased indeed by the expertise, professionalism and craftsmanship of this company. You can tell they love and care about what they do!

We were given the details of Oak Porches on line by a neighbour and called them with our enquiry. They were really helpful and friendly and gave us lots of useful advice. We placed our order having done our drawing and measurements and they gave us a delivery date. The porch arrived on the due date and we were thrilled with the quality. Luckily I have a very strong friend who was able to help me put it together, some very basic instruction would have helped as it is very heavy to move if you make a mistake, but it was easy to put together once you understood how it should be constructed.
We are thrilled at how it looks, it has really improved the appearance of our house.

The choice of porches was great. We found just what we wanted. Ordering was easy and the draft drawings were clear and concise. Delivery information was accurate and on time. Delivery driver was very helpful and friendly. The joiner I contracted was very complimentary about he quality and standard of workmanship of the frame kit. The roofers had no problems finishing the job. We are super pleased with the final outcome and believe the porch has transformed the look of the front of the house.
