Top class service, the handover by Jason was excellent, so knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and great humour. We've just had our first trip away in our new motorhome and are delighted with it. Would definitely recommend Oaktree motorhomes.

Recently had a small repair carried out on our motorhome by Oaktree.
As usual the whole process from start to finish (quote to work completion and handover) was carried out in a highly professional and friendly manner.

A nice touch was the handover being done by the technician who carried out the work. So I had a chance to have a chat with him about the job and he was equally as friendly & professional as all the other staff I dealt with at Oaktree.

Can't recommend Oaktree Motorhomes highly enough! We bought our 6.4 m and the experience was fantastic, No hard sell, just honest advice and they let us take our time. The motorhome was spotless, fully checked and everything explained properly on handover. Even after buying they've been helpful, if your looking for motorhome or campervan go to oaktree first! 👍🏻😁

Over the past 3 years, I have received outstanding service from the friendly and respectful staff at Oaktree Motorhomes, with consistent attention to detail in the maintenance of my vehicle. The restoration and respray of my damaged driver's door is perfect and completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.

We have collected our new camper yesterday. From first visit to us driving away the service from Jason has been amazing. Nothing was to much trouble he explained all about the van we was interested in . Was always able to answer our question when we phone with a inquiry. At the handover yesterday he went through everything answered all our questions and made us feel at ease and was willing to repeat things that we was not sure about. Would recommend oaktree to anyone as the service from everyone was amazing.

I honestly couldn’t recommend these guys enough. From the minute we walked through the door, the customer service from the whole team was second to none.

There was plenty of choice, but what impressed us most was that they actually took the time to understand us and what our family needed.

We originally went there thinking we wanted one particular motorhome, but we weren’t completely sure what would work best for us. Rather than just selling us what we came for, they talked us through everything and helped us choose something that was far more practical for our family of four and our dog.

And they were absolutely right! ❤️

We’ve already been away in it six times and we absolutely LOVE it. We genuinely feel very spoiled and incredibly grateful to have it. It has been perfect for our family and we honestly couldn't be happier with our decision.

The price, quality and whole buying experience were fabulous. We were made to feel so welcome, they were brilliant with our children and kept them entertained, and there was just a lovely family atmosphere throughout.

It was with much sadness that my wife and I decided to sell our Swift Bessacar motorhome. We made the decision that for the sake of a quick sale, I would contact Oaktree as well as some other well known dealers.

From the first contact, I found Matt at Oaktree to be very easy to deal with. There were no ifs,buts or maybe. He explained the selling process and offered a price for our van that was very competitive and inline with my expectations. This was,of course subject to an appraisal by a member of his team. An appointment was made that was convenient for me and was also very prompt.

On the day of the sale, the appraiser arrived at the appointed time and talked me through the process. He was very thorough and took about 90 minutes to complete his appraisal. On completion the funds were transferred to our account and the deal was complete. No fuss no drama no stress.

From start to completion of the sale, I found the staff to be very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Our 2nd Motorhome from Oaktree Motorhomes..from walking through the gate, to driving home in your new purchase. Absolutely professional service, from all the sales guys & gals. There is no pressure sales, the people are at your disposal if required or requested. All the help & advice you will need, making that final decision. A couple of niggles, after our purchase. However, these were rectified promptly, and no fuss whatsoever. We would most certainly recommend Oaktree, whether you are new to Motorhome’ing or a seasoned Motorhome’er (like us) I would just like to mention Phil Carrington. He has guided us through our last two purchases, with absolute kindness, patience, and helpful advice.

I bought a campervan from Oaktree three years ago, and their follow-up service is truly second to none. They are happy to provide advice, and I have had a few repairs carried out under warranty which have been dealt with very efficiently. A small repair this morning, not covered by the warranty, took less than one hour's labour and they completely waived the cost. Fantastic service!

What more can I say about oak tree motorhome lythiam batteries department.dave and his staff have been absolutely fantastic dealing with questions about my leasure battery .Nothing was too much trouble and had great patience with me.not many companies return your call when the promised. Solved my question in a very caring professional manor .I even talk to them about having another solar panel fitted and they said that I don’t need another panel thank for that.I WILL DEFINITELY BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS I CAN . Top notch customer service, no high pressure sales, great aftersales, excellent range of vehicles. Staff very friendly, accommodating, and professional.

We were looked after by Andy, who was happy to reserve a vehicle for us whilst we were away on holiday with a view to purchasing when we got back. We eventually decided on a different vehicle that was in stock, and everything was seamlessly transferred over. We got an excellent part exchange on our old vehicle, and the new van was prepared to a very high standard indeed when we picked it up, probably better than a new one would be. A slightly teething issue (loose skylight surround fell off due to the rumble strips going on to the motorway) on the way home was dealt with by Gary within 5 minutes of us returning, and he made a couple of other preventative adjustments to prevent the same thing happening to the other skylight.

Altogther an excellent experience, as we would strongly recommend Oaktree motorhomes to anyone looking for a high standard of care, and well prepared, competitively priced vehicles.

Had a problem with a lithium leisure battery fitted by oaktree while away in northern Germany. They tried their best to sort the problem out by phone but no luck so had to find electric hookups to get us through and that worked ok. On arrival back home oaktree yesterday sorted it all out as soon as we got up to them. Top class after sales service from Dave and Matt. Cheers guys. Recommend this company and will use again.

We are so glad we chose OakTree for the purchasing and servicing of our campervan. From initial purchase through to the upkeep of the van has been a great experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable they are really focussed on customer service and getting issues with the van sorted.

We have received exceptional service from Oaktree over the last 8 years from both the sales and service departments. The aftercare service is brilliant and very personal. When we have had an issue they have always supported us via the phone and in person. We recently had an electrical issue and they systematically worked through the problem to find the solution. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
