Don’t book at their place, it’s all a scam. Rented and paid for a villa that is not even their own.

Monster of a scam company. Rented a villa in Ibiza and they do not respond to anything. We lost our money.

They have a very well maintained property with all the amenities and nice little very thought through touches across the whole flat. I stayed in one of their studio apartments for 6 weeks and I had a very comfortable stay. From check-in to checkout it was a seamless and easy process. They were always there to help in case I required anything. Kudos to the whole team, very professional. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to book with them.

The flat was amazing, spacious, clean, and well located !
The underground station was 10 mins away, all necessary stores were close by, and it’s not very far from the gorgeous park in Finsbury.
Hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions.
Would definitely stay here next time !

Excellent service, response time was fast. Interactions with their customer service was very cordial and professional. Well organized, contract signatures went smoothly.

It took some days to arrange the viewing because my work commitments were continuously changing but the video of the flat sent before the viewing was persuasive. Have to say their team on the phone has great patience, I probably had 15 calls with them. Recommending.

Oasis Living helped me find a suitable tenant to let my property stay for long stays, their customer service team and organized processes are really incredible, it really makes the letting process very easy to manage. Thanks for taking care of everything for me.

Found them on Zoopla while searching for a studio in East London. I didn't end up renting their flat but the team was cool and easy going - not the usual pushy lettings agent wanting to show you random flats just to get their commission. Actually they gave good advice on my search for a new house.

First LIARS, and I don't have to explain that for too long, because you will obviously see the beautiful photos published online vs the flat that I found in real life. They abuse people they know will not be able to preview the flat (due to a relocation from overseas in my case).

I immediately left the flat when I walked in, and went to a hotel.

Then SCAMMERS, because offering this service for £3,500 per month is absolutely dishonest. When I pointed all the problems of the flat, which did not only need a cleaning but really a refurbishment, they proposed to relocate 5,6 miles away from the initial location (at the heart of London).

And finally THIEVES. Whereas they interpreted my refusal to stay in the flat as an early termination with 1 month notice, they have rented the flat to someone else (during what should be termination period), BUT STILL WON'T AGREE TO A TOTAL REFUND !!! I have received part of it and still waiting for the last 3rd.

I am going to start legal proceedings.

AVOID ABSOLUTELY.

Oasis Living was able to anticipate all the needs a new landlord like me would face.They would always come up with a solution before a potential problem occurs. Really inspiring people to work with!

Our stay at St Albans was fantastic! Our flat was spacious,warm and cozy. The check in usually starts at 5pm, but we were lucky to check-in early for a few minutes as we were so tired from our long flight.

Our flat was clean, there is a dining area with some chairs, a comfortable bed and initially we had good stock of tissue rolls, shampoo and some laundry soap.

The Oasis team were incredibly helpful, could be reached at any time, and were happy to assist us with our needs with food delivery, important mails and some additional cleaning supplies as we booked the flat for 4 months .There is a minimal fee for additional housekeeping which is fine because we are busy at work and we can't do extra cleaning ourselves. The flat is perfect for both, there is nothing else we can ask for considering the great price and location. Thank you Oasis, we will come back again.
