I used to order from them quite often when they first started and it was great but customer service has gone in the toilet. It makes me wonder who is reading the emails I send on their end. Reading comprehension is lost on them. It's been a week of going back and forth with them and I can't get a straight answer. I'm done!

If there was a .5 star it would be that for me. I ordered a 32 pack with a variety of flavors to see what I liked. Every flavor I tried (4 before I gave it all away)was way too sweet. It’s like they made them for kids who are used to fruit loops or lucky charms. Bleck! Not to mention texture was NOT good. But the KICKER, for me, was the THIRTY EMAILS that they sent me within a week or so! It was worse than breaking up with a clingy bf turned stalker! Then canceling my subscription was a pain for a non- tech oriented person.

Dislike: too sweet, prefer to eat rather than drink oatmeal
Like: nice shaker, and having a cupboard full of food options, good for younger people not watching their sugars.
Someone else said it was impossible to cancel, but I just cancelled easily at the website, going into the account.
What I'm doing with the rest is dividing them into smaller portions to dilute the sweetness, adding more oatmeal & milk, serving with nuts and a bit of fresh fruit

Got at Target. Overpriced, chalky, and too much added sugar. Making my own oatmeal is healthier and tastes better.

My experience with Oats Overnight was overall very positive. I reached out to customer service a couple of times with different questions and received prompt, detailed, and very friendly/respectful replies.

I am a picky eater, especially when it comes to things with protein powders, and when I received my first order and tried my first flavor, I did not like it at all; I also did not like the second one I tried at all (although the second one was a flavor I had been skeptical I would like from the beginning due to having banana but I wanted to give it a try). I emailed them asking for a refund (as they stated they guarantee a refund for what I had ordered, and you can keep the oats that you already ordered), and I very quickly received my refund and a friendly email back.

After that, I did try the other oats as I didn't want to waste them (the alternative was obviously to find someone else I knew who would take them), and actually liked them much more- including when I retried one of the flavors I had originally thought was very unappetizing. For whatever reason, it grew on me a lot, and I have actually enjoyed the other flavors at least somewhat (which is good coming from a picky eater who sometimes finds protein powder products so disgusting to the point of throwing up). Thus, I will consider reordering from this company in the future.

It's not the cheapest oatmeal you can get (even considering the added protein and other healthy ingredients, you can potentially make something similar homemade for less money), but it's so much more convenient and quick for people who need something healthy you might be able to drink at work/on the go with essentially no prep time.

LYING COMPANY!!

They advertise “FAST SHIPPING,” when in reality, they use the CHEAPEST USPS delivery method, which takes nearly TWO WEEKS to ARRIVE!!!

Never received my order. I think lost in transport I've tried contacting them with no luck. I've emailed them 3 or 4 times. All I get is the automated response but nothing else. DO NOT PURCHASE.

They started picking my flavors for me and seemed to be the least ordered flavors. I had an abundance of boxes of oats and attempted to cancel my membership. They kept charging me and kept sending boxes even after many attempts to cancel my subscription and emailing them directly to cancel. I had to call my bank to get them to block oats overnight from charging me. Don’t recommend.

Misleading Product. Unethical Customer Service.

Oats Overnight is not what it claims to be. It’s marketed as a “shake,” but in reality, it’s just cold oatmeal in a bottle. Thick, gritty, and nothing close to the smooth shake-like texture they suggest in their advertising. The branding is misleading at best.

After trying the product, I emailed the company and also posted a respectful comment on their Facebook page to share honest feedback. Instead of responding, they blocked me and deleted my comment. It appears they remove anything negative to protect their image—completely unethical.

Consumers deserve honest marketing and transparent communication. This company does neither. You’re paying a premium for cold oatmeal and a customer service team that silences valid concerns. I would not recommend this product or this brand to anyone.

Company on instagram stands with misandry.

I was a customer for oats overnight for 2 months. I loved them but unfortunately the calories were a little high with the diet that I was following. I decided to cancel after my next order which was April 25th. They took the money from my account and then I told them that I was canceling all future orders. Then my item was stalled, and never moved from Ohio. I tried to contact them and never got a response through numerous emails. No phone number listed. I finally decided to get the better business bureau involved and all of a sudden, after seven days, my order moved. It is now saying on its way. Their product is great but, I would not recommend them at all to anyone. Very unprofessional. I would look into other places that sell this product before buying from here. I never had any problems until I decided to leave them.So i'm wondering if this was some kind of retaliation.

I absolutely love Oats Overnights products. The best flavors ! The best variety and great source of protien and fiber too !

I hope you never have a shipping issue. The “support” team will tell you the Postal Service’s admission that the package is lost is inaccurate and refuse to do anything for you to ensure you get a replacement order.

The exchange with their “support” team has been mind blowing, really…and not in a good way. It’s a great product, but they cheap out on shipping and then do nothing for you when there are issues.

First I want to say that I like their product but that's absolutely it. There is no phone number to talk to customer service so it's emailing back and forth and playing 20 questions to try to get a problem rectified. I ordered it January 12 and after 10 days no updates. Their website kept saying a shipping label was created by was "pre-shipment". I tried relentlessly to find a phone number for them. The only way to contact them is email. Then, started the 20 questions with different customer service reps. I have countless emails from them. Then, January 21 they say via email of course, that they don't know what happened to the shipment and will be replacing it. I didn't realize that the replacement would be at my expense since their tracking said "pre-shipment". I received an email from them with tracking info which still isn't working. Cut to the chase, I've now been charged THREE times for products that I've not received. I originally purchased this at Costco so I guess I should have stuck with them.

I was so excited to try these; however, when they shipped my order I didn’t get a tracking number. After about a month I followed up and they offered to ship my order again so I was pretty happy and felt it was only right to give them a second chance. I received a tracking number this time but it doesn’t actually show any tracking information. It’s been another month and no product. I hope requesting a refund for my order is as easy was it was for others because I am very disappointed. This company seems to be going downhill fast as the reviews from two years ago are great!

I ordered a big box of their product hoping to love it. Unfortunately I did not. It's certainly fine, but I didn't love it and I watch my calories and just prefer other meals over eating these.
I emailed the company and they gave me a refund with no problem just as promised. My wife and kids are slowly making their way through the box.
Definitely an easy healthy breakfast and worth trying because if you don't like it they will keep their word and give you a refund.
I have a couple friends who swear by them and eat it everyday. It just wasn't for me but was very impressed with how they stand behind their product.

Great for keeping the calories low, while being proteinated and getting a quick and yummy breakfast or even snack.

It is a little more expensive then a normal breakfast that most would be willing to spent for. But, if you're trying to stay low on your morning calories it's great. I'm trying out flavors and there's a good amount of them for all preferences !

The first few orders went without a hitch: easy ordering, quick shipment, tracking number. The last was a disaster! It seemed to disappear into the ether, and three emails went unanswered. Well, I did receive one response after the box arrived. I don't know what happened because I like the product. However, I can't recommend it right now

I ordered on 2/26 and still haven’t received anything on 3/18. If/when I receive something, I’ll update this review.

They seem expensive but when you break it down by meal, it’s really not. Especially considering the high quality ingredients they use. I don’t think I’ll ever eat anything else for breakfast. Highly highly recommend
