Am găsit bilet la preț mai mic decât dacă îl achiziționam de la casa de marcat a firmei cu care am mers, iar rezervarea se face automat când achiziționezi biletul, nu mai trebuie să suni să te programezi (vorbesc despre firma de transport Fany)
Singurul dezavantaj este că nu se poate returna biletul în caz de ceva, dar am înțeles că nu depinde de obilet ci de firma de transport.

I was trying to book a bus ticket from Xanthi-Greece to Istanbul~Turkey. I clicked on normal ticket one way, without option to change date. When I checked out and I was ready to pay, suddenly I saw another increased price with option to change date! I clicked back and started again the process but, again the increased the price with option to change date! Of course I left the site immediately!

warauf ich gleich Kundenchat mein Problem schilderte das ich diese abflugzeit nicht gewählt habe, und Bat die Dame um Stornierung es wurde von mir stornierungs kosten verlangt was unverschämt ihr problem soll ich Tragen .
nur schade ich habe keinerlei Beweis ein Screenshot hätte mich abgesichert um zu Klagen.

We booked bus tickets through this platform. We had a fly on January 1, 2026, and to get to the airport, we booked bus tickets. We waited for the bus for over an hour in cold weather. The bus never arrived, the bus trip was canceled. No one informed us about this. This is disgusting service.

Bu isi de yapamiyorlar.

Firma bir de pasaport istedi ve araci alamadim.

Destek icin obilet'e ulastigimda, bu hatayi gidermelerini beklerken, "ozur dileriz, bilgi verelim sistemlerimizde guncelleme yapalim, sizi yanlis yonlendirmisiz, zor durjmda birakmisiz" demek yerine, umurlarinda olmadi. Tum sucu kiralama sirketine attilar.
Yani demem o ki kendi para kazandiklari hizmeti veremediler. Araya obileti koymaniz size fayda degil zarar.

As a direct result of your negligence, my friend and I were stranded in Moscow and were forced to purchase new tickets at our own expense, resulting in a financial loss of approximately USD 2,000. This incident caused us severe stress and significant inconvenience.

To date, you have refused to refund the amount or take responsibility for the damages caused.

NIGHTMARE we have flight in Istanbul and booked from Sofia bus. One hour or less before the bus they send us message that they will return the money WTF we need to be there in few hours THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

Aplicația este foarte ușor de utilizat. Am primit și reducere la achiziționarea biletelor. Este de folos că poți urmări biletele pe care le-ai utilizat în trecut sau cele rezervate pentru călătoriile viitoare

I just bought a ticket from obilet company and the moment I bought it they sent me a whataspp message saying that my ticket was converted by a coupon. Didn't understand why. I spent 16 leva for my ticket and the coupon was of 14 leva. so I lost my money and my ticket as well. bas experience. I tried to reach the the customer's support but no way they could understand the situation. never again.

Un site où il est impossible de savoir si l'on a bien effectué une réservation et un paiement pour le trajet Plovdiv-Sofia.
De plus, ils refusent de supprimer mes coordonnées bancaires, malgré ma demande.
Pire encore, elles sont enregistrées dans leur base de données.
C'est un terreau fertile pour les arnaques.

Everything was great - easy to find available trips, fast purchase and nice carrier. I highly recommend.

Please avoid this company. You book a bus through them for a country outside Turkey and when the bus never turns up instead of a refund they give you some coupons you can use in turkey..? So, definitely avoid this company, they don't want to take responsibility.
