È stata un'esperienza pessima ed esasperante. Avevo acquistato un frigo Ocean nel giugno '24, del quale subito avevo comunicato che i cassetti cadevano perché piú stretti, quindi inutilizzabile. Decine di mail e telefonate, mille promesse e nessun risultato, se non dopo minaccia di rifarmi legalmente, e alla caparbietà di un loro rivenditore, il signor Massa di Cagliari, che ringrazio, che due giorni fa é riuscito a sostituire l'elettrodomestico. Non acquistate prodotti Ocean, se volete evitare arrabbiature, perdite di tempo e gravissimi disagi. Nessuna etica né attenzione per l'acquirente!

Este personaje que se hace llamar Weil, te contesta corriendo con los precios, factura proforma y todo muy cortes, hasta que haces la transferencia y le llega el dinero, a partir de este momento, te puedes olvidar de lo que has pedido y del dinero, no entiendo como puede haber esta lacra sin escrúpulos engañando a gente que está trabajando en su negocio.

Me acaba de llegar un reloj y es falso, además la entrega es malisima y el reloj es de pésima calidad no corresponde con la imagen y la descripción. Un timo no compren en esta pagina

Absolute bunch of international shysters. Hopefully Mr Weil will rot in hell along with others of his ilk. I don't suppose that even this message will actually reach them. Don't even think about using them

After wired the money, Weil Lee wrote this:

Do not order from this company! Had to wire money and after that was set up, got the following response.

Once payment was made, total silence.

We ordered components from Bridgelux,
They ( Mr Weil) asked to pay up front because we were a new customer. We unfortunate did... Got some emails that it took a couple of days longer, something with customs.. After that a lot of silence. No more answere in my emailbox. still no components after 1 month.
It is a shame. Please do not order at ocean- components.

Ocean Components is a front for fraud - have now confirmed scam. Shame I hadn't found these reviews before we placed an order. The same operator name was still being used in July 23. "Weil Lee".

Do not make any contact with this organisation.
Reported via various routes, but unlikely to be permanently stopped.

Leider sind auch wir auf diesen Betrüger rein gefallen, am Anfang schnell geantwortet und auch eine AB geschickt. Hoffe die bekommen Ihre gerechte Strafe.

I'm so glad I read this site before ordering. We have been looking for a hard to find part and he responded that they can fill the order. I was so excited until I ready the reviews here. Thank you to all who took the time to write about your experience and sorry to those who lost money.

It was my fault. I should have checked their company name and bank account name at least.

Hongkong Government should be shame of this company
and find them and put them in Jail immediately not to make this happen again.

We placed an order to this company for a critical component and paid the invoice in advance. After the payment the same contact person disappeared and we never received any components.
Please share this information with all your colleagues in order to avoid same cases in the future.

Exactly same as other comments, I got the quote very quickly at very good price. Weil Lee is the contact. He sent the invoice very quickly as well. However when I asked him to call me to verify the information, he ghosted. Luckily I have not placed any orders with this. But really bad experience.

I was about to order some fans from Weil Lee and had my staff check their background as i was a little worried about who these folks were. We found these bad reviews and rip off reports which helped us not make this purchase. Thanks to all those who took the time to report this. It saved us and probably saved others as well. Jim

le pides todos los datos de la empresa, le dices que esa empresa cerro hace 20 años y a partir de ahi, ya no te contesta

well looks like i got got ripped off as well. wish i had come across this before sending these scumbags £350 same as all other reviews all professional until payment made then ghosted really convincing received a pro forma with all there supposed details on but not heard a peep after payment you would think the banks could do something about this kind of ripoff merchant. Ah well there's a first time for everything just wish it hadn't cost me so much.
