I received my 1 litre water bottle as a gift (at my request) but the way it separates causes it to leak. At first I thought it was user error but i have tried it multiple times and I think it is a design fault or I have a defective product. Either way it is an expensive product that I can't use and is not fit for purpose. I have emailed Ocean's customer service team numerous times and never received a response, really disappointing.

WATCH OUT.
They say it's free delivery, but I had to pay 30$ for VATs on top of product price. Resulting in a total bottle price of 80$. More than 2weeks of delivery time.
Costumer service showed 0 understanding and no help to resolve.

Their bottles are amazing. After getting one I immediately had to get another (for size variability and to reduce the amount of items in my cupboards). Being able to have one receptacle that is a perfect water bottle and a perfect coffee holder is amazing. Plus it’s SO well made, has helped me meet my hydration for 16 days straight (a personal best) and it feels good to carry around.
The fact that it keeps saving the planet, and they tell you where it’s making a difference is the connection to the process that everyone else is missing.

Beautiful botte, arrived quickly and with everything correct. Love that it works perfectly for tea with the removable portion of the lid, unlike other bottles and is dish washable (again unlike competitors). I thought this would mean its worse at keeping liquids warm but it's actually amazing.

Contacted them regarding getting a replacement gasket for the bottle top. Excellent prompt and attentive responses to my emails. They then sent out a replacement gasket free of charge. Excellent customer service.

Ocean bottles are amazing and done a toy what they say they do. Mine had a slight fault with the lid (it still worked) but Ocean replaced it immediately with amazingly quick customer service response. Myself, my wife and our son all have one and love them! Strongly recommend!

Recently bought one of the coffee cups and it’s amazing. Completely leak proof, so easy to drink out of and I love that the lid comes apart to clean and is dishwasher safe. Delivery was fast too, recommending to everyone it’s brilliant.

I recently picked up the Ocean Bottle 3-in-1 bundle after seeing it featured in some of Ed Pratt’s videos. I needed a new bottle after my Yeti gave up on me, and I was keen to find a better alternative. The Ocean Bottle was a bit more expensive than I’d originally planned, but knowing that buying it helps prevent 1,000 plastic bottles from reaching the ocean made it totally worth it. A small price for something that makes a real impact.

The bottle itself has been fantastic—super high quality, and the 3-in-1 lid system is honestly brilliant. I can drink using a straw when I’m on the go, switch to the standard lid when I want a big gulp, or use the special top for hot drinks like coffee. It’s perfect for my work day: coffee in the morning, rinse at work, and then water for the rest of the day—all with one bottle.

It feels really sturdy in hand and gives me confidence that it’ll hold up long-term. Cleaning it has been super easy too, which is a must for something I use all day, every day. Even the packaging was minimal and clearly eco-conscious, which is great to see from a brand that takes sustainability seriously.

Delivery was quick and the packaging was spot on. I also love the hydration tracking app that comes with it. Every refill you log helps prevent even more ocean-bound plastic, which is such a clever and motivating feature. I’ve been drinking more water and feeling like I’m doing my bit for the planet. Great company with great service. If they really are making these bottles to remove plastic from oceans, then I am very happy and support them. I bought one of these bottles as an Islamic Eid present for my 8 year old nephew and had it engraved. The colour was a very sweet light blue. The bottle arrived very promptly and was well-packaged. The company gave me a little bit of discount too. So overall I'm very happy.

Excellent product and initiative to remove plastic waste from our oceans. I loved the personalisation element, although wish I could have personalised the City to Sea bottle as this was my preferred bottle option. Delivery was also quick too.

The brew flask is excellent quality, leaves no metallic aftertaste either. The 360 drink cone thing at the top of the flask is a beautiful design. The engraving looks great too, perfect for Mother’s Day. A great cause to support too.

I am obsessed with my 3 in 1 bottle. Leak proof and so adaptable what more could I ask for. I make a coffee in the morning in it before work and when I get to work swap lids to use it as a water bottle. It is so handy and I am already saving so much money. It's also compact enough it isn't cumbersome to take around. My old water bottle was massive and was an absolute pain to take anywhere as filled up was so heavy. My 3 in 1 is so much better.
