I couldn’t be happier with my jellyfish tank! The product is beautiful, well made, and has exceeded my expectations. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service. They were with me throughout the entire process, always responding to my emails promptly. I’m extremely pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in owning a jellyfish tank!

So happy with all my purchases. They communicate whenever I had a question and they were very helpful. I’ll definitely be purchasing again.

I live in the US. The team was responsive to all my questions. We had some hiccups as the tank was stuck in customs and then we found that my name was misspelled which oddly enough caused a secondary delay for customs. By the time the packages arrived, the boxes were really beat up. Upon unpackaging everything, the items were in beautiful shape. The packaging took all the abuse. Setting up the tank was again another adventure. I certainly overcomplicated the process. Once again their team as responsive and super helpful. There is also a new updated video for set on this specific tank. I ordered the 60 liter ring. Literally a plug and play set up. We are now cycling the tank in preparation for our new squishy friends.

Nous avons commandé un kit de démarrage Tide Of Beginning qui est arrivé dans un emballage soigné. Il manquait quelques accessoires mais ils ont été très réactifs aux messages et les ont envoyés avec les méduses. Les méduses (Blue Cannonball) sont d'ailleurs arrivées en grande forme, soigneusement emballées également.
Concernant le service client nous l'avons trouvé réactif et agréable. Les mails contenants les explications étaient très utiles et bien rédigés.
Nous sommes ravis ! Merci encore d'avoir permis cela !

Customer service is incredible with very fast response times. The emails with instruction manuals and videos were very helpful. They made it very easy to set up the tank and start the cycle with all necessary supplies included. Once the tank was ready, the fish were shipped out very quickly. I was worried about distance with shipping to California, but the jellyfish arrived very healthy and happy. They are thriving and the customer service team continues to follow up to ensure satisfaction. Very happy with my experience and highly recommend. Will be purchasing more jellyfish from them.

We live in the United States so we were unsure how everything would ship. Everything arrived in good condition in only a couple days. Tank set up was easy with step by step instructions provided. Jellies delivered two days after notifying them tank was ready. They are loving their new home. Will be buying from them again!!

J'avais énormément d'interrogations avant de me lancer dans l'aventure « aquarium et méduses » et le service client a été très réactif, professionnel et m'a très bien conseillé.
J'ai franchi le pas, j’ai passé commande et je ne regarde absolument pas.
J'avais énormément d'appréhension pour tout faire correctement et pas faire d'erreurs pour les méduses mais ocean's clouds a été top car ils envoient tous les tutos nécessaires et ils répondent à tous les mails envoyés avec les questions éventuelles.
Les méduses sont arrivées dans de très bonnes conditions et elles sont très vite adaptées à leur nouvel environnement.
Le service client est vraiment top.
Je ne peux que recommander.

We ordered a custom fish tank for our university, but the shipment has been delayed repeatedly for more than four months. Because of these ongoing delays, the project can no longer be completed within the required timeframe, so we requested to cancel the order and receive a refund. We were told this was not possible.
Despite a new promise that the items would be shipped eight days ago, nothing has been done. They also stopped replying to our emails.
Based on our experience, do not order from this company if you are on any kind of schedule and do not expect a refund. Once you place an order, you’re essentially stuck and dependent on them.
Avoid and look for a better option.

Working with Adam was a great experience. While the process of getting our tank set up had a few hiccups, he was supportive and helpful every step of the way. Because I live on the other side of the world, my tank arrived severely damaged, but Adam ensured we were well taken care of. He helped arrange substitutions for certain items and took the time to clarify what was listed in the kit versus what was actually included.

My journey with OceanClouds has been excellent. They were quick, efficient, and their communication is 10/10 — they always reply to emails promptly. Everything I received from OceanClouds is high quality and easy to use.

The jellyfish aquarium was delivered to my home quickly and in perfect condition, and the Moon Jellyfish arrived healthy and well cared for. Netušila jsem, že opravdu budu moct mít doma medúzy. Vše proběhlo v pořádku, od nákupu, doručení akvária, informaci k provozu i následné doručení medúz. Samotné medúzy dorazily ve skvělé formě. Ochotně odpověděli na všechny mé otázky a poradili. Díky tomuto servisu vhodné i pro začátečníky. Moc doporučuji!
