I can’t recommend these guys enough. Adam and Patrik were so so helpful the entire time. They shipped it out as soon as they could, and always responded to my emails and concerns quickly.

The package was delivered a little late (no fault to Oceans Clouds) but it was in perfect condition when it arrived. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

I recently purchased medusas and an aquarium from oceansclouds, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The ordering process was simple.

Packaging was secure, and it arrived on time. The medusas came in great condition and fit into the aquarium beautifully. It’s clear they really cares about their product and the overall customer experience. Me and my girlfriend are happy with my purchase and will probably order from them again.

Just wanted to say what fantastic service Oceans Clouds provides. Ordered on Friday and arrived Tuesday. Jellies were sent in polybox and arrived in perfect condition. Fed them after a few hours in the aquarium and they fed well. Will definitely be ordering more once these have fully settled.

Their customer service went above and beyond to help us. We had never purchased anything from them in the past, however, they spent multiple hours helping us with what ultimately ended up being a very small purchase with little return for them. Despite all that kind, they were exceptional. I cannot recommend them enough.

The packaging for transporting the jellyfish was very well done. Before shipment, we received sufficient instructions that allowed us to make good preparations. Both the jellyfish and the water they were contained in were in healthy condition. Thank you to your company and team for providing such excellent quality.

This is for me a new experience. Never seen before an aquarium with jellies at home. Thank to Oceans Clouds this can be possible. I bought the 016 kit, Adam and is colleague send me all the accessories and instruction to start the aquarium. Adam is available for any request or question, always kindly and very professional. The jellies I ordered arrived at my home in 24h with express delivery. In few words customer service at the best, vey high standard. I will recommended Oceans cloud for his very professional attitude with the customer.

Patrick was really great to work with and provided lots of good care and advice for our jellyfish. the jellyfish arrived safe and happy and we are really glad with how straightforward the process was.

Livraison rapide, méduses bien emballées, et conseils fournis dans le mail : rien à redire. Je ferai appel à Ocean’s Clouds, que ce soit pour mon prochain aquarium ou pour l’achat de mes prochaines méduses.
