I recently changed from British Gas as i was having terrible service. Octopus made the move very simple. Their staff are so supportive and have been extremely helpful. I can understand now why people rave about them.
Today I called to ask for clarification over something and Layla was very kind explaining everything to me and offering advice. Can’t thank her enough. So far they are 5 star in my opinion!

Phoned to clarify new tariff options. Ekraam spoke very clearly, understood what I wanted and was able to send me the choices and how I could accept one.
Very polite and efficient.

Not at present

Octopus Energy got my smart meter going and it's great because I've had to submit manual meter reading for my office for a long time. It works well but also lets me know when I'm actually using power so I can adjust what I do.

I spoke to a lovely person Tom when we as a community venture wanted to change our supplier to Octupus - he was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable and made the switch seem seamless- will be recommending to others

We were investigating switching electricity providers for our community. The team at Octopus were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Switching was easy, and it was refreshing to receive replies to my emails from a real person, which made the whole process great.
