Got this for autistic child for Christmas, they opened few days ago. It doesn’t work at all. Contacted help desk had one email asking for videos and photos of ball, nothing since. £94 wasted. Don’t bother with this item. Now to see if I can get a refund. Worst customer service ever.
After another 4 emails from me sending videos still no reply from them. Absolutely shocking customer service and rubbish product.

One email sending a photo on how to charge the ball doesn’t answer my questions or in fact help at all. Communication is shocking with this company. Finally after weeks of emails I got a full refund.

Initial problems with charging the first unit but as soon as the helpdesk were involved a 2nd unit was dispatched which worked perfectly. Pasquale couldn't have been more helpful. Wonderful piece of kit, ideal size for travelling. Easy to start making music. Great concept, fab. product design including tin. From comments read on Trustpilot, they just need to sort out the charging issue that some people are having. Extremely pleased with my OddBall

Upon purchasing two of these they were initially loved by my daughter. Having both developed a charging issue the team dealt with this very quickly and in the end have sent us two new items. Very happy with the service provided. Great product !!

Initially really disappointed when my order hadn’t turned up after 3 weeks but the CEO Pasquale got involved and could not be more helpful. Turned out the likely delivery issue was Royal Mail, but regardless they arranged a replacement via another courier and it turned up 3 days after Christmas. And the ball is great by the way

Great Xmas gift for my 14 year old who lives music and like everyone boy, likes playing with balls!! In all seriousness, it’s great, charged straight away, downloaded the app, sounds are great, can’t wait to se what my son thinks on Xmas day. We messaged customer service to see if you could connect with Deezer but it doesn’t, but either way, it’s a great gadget, so cool and I think the gift of the year.

Obviously looks like a great product and who doesnt like an awesome new gadget. I bought the product but never received an invoice or any proof of purchase so for all intent and purposes the only proof I have is money taken from my bank account. Do I expect the product to come however…dont think so….I have asked for some form of proof of purchase and the response was iffy at best.

Update: they responded, it came, its awesome…..enough said

Really great concept but we found connectivity issues with 2 different android devices. The ball looks well made and sounds cool but the reality was not for us, the videos on the site and Instagram are misleading and i assume photoshopped (in my opinion). The main issue was regarding the return policy - we contacted and they did accept the return after 3 or 4 emails but from the UK we had to send at our own cost back to the USA, costing £20 and not sure when we will get a refund yet. We were advised to put a value of $1 as the value on the customs form... this is uncomfortable and i assume to do with customs duty etc but this is not on their return policy and seems very strange... beware.. had this return process been clear on the website we wouldn’t have ordered from the UK, it was sent from the UK and had a UK address on email correspondence but USA is were we were told it had to be sent..... not great - i have suggested they amend their return policy to make it clear for other potential customers.

I bought this for my son and after initial problems charging the ball (wrong port, user error!) the ball is now working well. My son is very pleased. I note from other reviews about the latency which is something he encountered too but will alert my son to the reason and am sure that will resolve the issue.
The communication from the company is fabulous, very polite prompt response with eagerness a to help and assist. Many thanks

After a bad experience with no shipping and no reply for weeks, my experience totally turned around. I got contacted by the people in charge and they were very extremely helpful. I received all the ODD balls immediately and was also compensated generously. The family and I, especially the teenagers, are very happy because ODD ball is an awesome product or actually "music instrument" you can say!

It's been 9 days. Delivery was supposed to be 3-5 days. Still hasn't arrived. It's coming from China so it was NEVER going to be here sooner - it's dishonest. Wish I had read the reviews first.

I bought the oddball in December as a Christmas present, despite the website stating it was out of stock until January. I anticipated the delay, but when I saw the item advertised as back in stock with next day delivery before receiving mine, I became frustrated. After reaching out via social media and email, I got no response. Oddly, my ball arrived the next day without any acknowledgment. A week later, I received an email implying the delay wasn’t their fault, but given the fact that I didn’t get an email to tell me it has been dispatched like I was told I would, and it turned up the day after I complained, it raised doubts. I think that if it weren’t for me chasing, I may still be waiting for my ball. The lack of customer service disappointed me, especially considering the item's cost. Now, with concerns about its performance since reading other reviews, I hope the oddball lives up to expectations. I suppose the good points are that I did get my order, the ball has worked for a brief play so far, and I did eventually receive some form of communication.

So disappointed. A gift that didn’t work, 2 months later despite lots of chases, messages and assurances I’d get tracking details the next day - now no reply, no update, no replacement.

KAUFT DIESES PRODUKT NICHT! Es funktioniert nicht! Es ist eine Masche, wenn sie erstmal euer Geld haben wird euch ein unterirdischer Support angeboten (wenn ihr denn überhaupt jemanden erreicht) Super unseriös: fragt nach der Mobilnummer. Man kann natürlich versuchen juristisch vorzugehen aber das macht kaum ein Anwalt für so eine "Lappalie". Dass wissen die und nutzen es aus.

Item ordered. Still nothing has arrived after a month (promised delivery in 5-10 days) worse still there is NO response to contact attempts. Seems like a top notch advertising machine with little to zero delivery to promises. Have just read the other reviews here and am very worried if the item does eventually arrive it will not work as others have experienced. Will not be recommending or shopping with them again!

I've ordered an oddball on November 23rd, received my order on Dec. 05th and since then I've tried (unsuccessfully) to contact their customer support several times since the ball does not work at all as advertised. We've tried the oddball on several devices, it's the same everywhere: insane latency, extremely buggy app, the ball is definitely not worth the money. My next step is to claim my money back and initiate legal action. If the customer support contacts me, I will note that in this review.

Very Bad Experience ODD Balls
The Balls didn't work as promised. Sometimes 1 Ball worked but then it stopped working, especially when connecting with other 2 ODD Balls.
I shipped it back and paid for the shipping and for the delivery tracking ( I have the proof). The 2 parcels were delivered ( I have the proof and I have sent the proof to the company), But now they claim they did not received the parcels... Then they want me to wait that they find the parcels and that they will come back to me. BUT THEY DID NOT. I am waiting since 1 month (when everything has begun) and nothing happens. THEY DON'T WRITE BACK , NO REFUND , ODD Balls doesn't follow their return and refund policy. I highly advised to not buy from this company.
