Never got the product and they have never replied to any emails. If not a scam then the worst customer service I have ever gotten.

Very unhappy did not know you cannot use whilst in the room or with pets had it on for a few minutes it gives a terrible smell it's dangerous no warning at all do not buy this product

Been emailing for past 3 weeks & they not had decency to acknowledge. Bought the New Odorgo plugs. They do not work. Once this company get your money that's it. They offer 90 day return but will not state where to return product to. Don't waste your money. Posted review on their site but they removed it. They do not show any negative reviews at all. Total scam.

I think this is a good product in the fact that it does work as far as getting the doors out. The only thing that’s a bit dicey you can’t be in the room or your pets while it’s running. So we put it on at night and make sure our animals are in our room with us until the allotted time is up and it’s safe to come out. It could be harsh on your lungs if you are in the room while it’s running. Also make sure you put away your animals water and food dishes away because the ozone does attach itself to things. If you don’t have animals it’s an awesome product.

I just received mine and I'm scared to use it I have a kitten and I'm scared to use it!!!!! We can't leave I'm in a wheelchair with no legs....what should I do?????

Ordered this on June 30th and was sent a bogus tracking number and have been waiting over 20 days. Nothing has arrived. There is no phone number to call and my many e-mails have gone unanswered. BEWARE they will just take your money.

I ordered on April 28 and still haven't recieved it. I have emailed them several times and no responce from them

My product worked for 1 day and will not turn on again!!!! And I didn't read the fine print of not being in the room as well so very disappointed. Would like to know how to and where to return it. i received my item 23/04/2025 used it 24/04/2025

The product works in small places, where a human cannot be. It's dangerous and not recommended to be in the same room or building where it is in use. I sent 4 emails wanting to return and get a refund before I finally got a reply. I could ship it back (to China, not cheap) if I wanted to, so they could resell it. OR, keep it and they would issue a 25% refund. Not a happy camper.

I ordered two of these and have been trying to return them since day one and the company will not respond. These are horrible and the smell is worse than the odor that you have.

So, I guess it's a scam company. Wrong tracking number, no replies on emails or anything. They just stole 40 dollars. Just don't buy anything from them

I emailed this company regarding a return on this item as l also didn’t know you couldn’t use it in the proximity of pets people etc.
l am still waiting for a reply.
Really poor customer service

The "manual" was useless, no info on how to use it like how often I should run it. No info on the 3 colors that come up,what do the 3 settings do??

I've been using this for a few days now and the results are incredible. My house smells fresher than ever.

Highly recommend for pet owners! We have two dogs, and even with regular cleaning, there was always a slight pet odor. This OdorGo has made a noticeable difference. Our house smells clean and fresh all the time now.
