OEShop Reviews

Fantastic range of Gundam models. I've ordered here multiple times because it always arrives quickly and the excellent condition the items arrive in. Thanks to the careful packaging

Loads of kits available and at very competitive prices. Nothing but great experience using this shop. Very good communication and fast despatch time. All my deliveries arrived on time and very well packaged.

Great shop, nice fast shipping and the items are really competitively priced also got free gundam stickers with my order.

Outstanding as always, quick delivery and quality products. Love the stickers in the box

Competitive pricing. Authentic goods. Order and payment on line easy to negotiate. Delivery charge realistic. Delivery time by Royal Mail was excellent. 3 days from order to delivery.

I've ordered from here multiple times. What I get always arrives fast, always well packaged and in great condition. Plus, the selection is pretty much unbeatable in the UK.

Oeshop provides great customer service, nice selection of items, and excellent communication. Highly recommended. I would definitely do business with them again.

I've only used the click-and-collect option as I live nearby and it's always been an excellent experience. My orders come through as ready to collect instantly and I've previously had the shop even get in touch to notify of their opening hours and check when I'll be arriving. The staff are always polite and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere. They have a huge range of kits, making them an easy choice for purchases and I would always recommend them to others. 100% satisfied with OEShop—plus, it's always great to support a local business!

A quick delivery and all products arrive as expected

OEshop is amaizing shop .. I always shop with them . Amaizing service , great kits , amaizing staff 👌 👏 ❤️

I made my first purchase a few days ago and my order has arrived. It was packed okay and only a small amount of damage to both item boxes, but everything inside appears to be okay. The order placement and delivery by royal mail was good. The only reason I cannot give 5* (as I would love to do) there was no option of a larger spend limit for free shipping. I know they're a small business, but I have a number of larger tab items in my cart that I just feel agreeved to pay a few hundred pound and then pay the shipping too. Maybe I'm just being mardy or it's because I'm used to the free shipping from other stores. Still, I would recommend the store to friends and have, in fact, shared it on a hobby pages on Facebook.

Items arrived fast, well packed and in good condition.

Great company to deal with, very prompt delivery's excellent value for money and some great stock.

Accurate fulfilment of order, promptly delivered

A good store that provides a large amount of gunpla stock with speedy delivery and even got a free sticker so would defintley recommend

I ordered the upgrade to the DSPIAE Circular Cutter on Tuesday at 10:30 and after I had completed my order I realised I needed an additional item. Emailed them and they responded very quickly and instructed me on how to add an order to the first order, though this needs to be done almost immediately as my goods were ready for dispatch just after midday. I also followed this up with a second email to confirm my additional order details.

Everything worked brilliantly and all the goods which where due to arrive via the postal system on the Friday in fact arrived on the Thursday.

Long time user of OEshop - I've bought so many of my scribing tools, paints and Gundam from here. They're one of my go to sites when it comes to getting friends and people into gundam,

Recently accidently put the wrong address into an order - we've all been there -
Their customer support was amazing, real life savers. Had the issue resolved before the day was over and the order even arrived sooner than expected, thanks a lot Emma

Great service. As soon as I made the order it was ready for delivery, the package arrived with no problems and great packaging. Definitely recommend.

They had the products I needed, and we're cheaper than Amazon.

I expected a delay on shipping due to Christmas, but my order went out the next day and arrived sooner than I thought.

The items were well packaged and work as expected.

I'll be coming back to this company for my Gunpla needs in the future.
