Good Tea Bad Customer Service :(
Up until recently I have been delighted with Offblak and have rated the company highly. The tea is good, I will not dispute this, but the customer service is really bad - to the point of rude :( I have now cancelled my subscription.

Exceptional, consistent quality...
I love Offblak's teas. They have some of the most delicious flavours I've tried and the quality is exceptional across the board. It can sometimes take a little while for items to be shipped, but it's worth the wait!
