Brilliant
Brilliant. Lovely tea! I’m in love!!!! The only fault I have which is extremely superficial is that I wish all the packs came in a fancy box to keep the 12 packs together. However extra packaging is a waste. It’s all about what’s inside and what’s inside is wonderful!!!

Amazing. I emailed costumer service because I got confused about the tracking of my package and they answered the next day with all the info I needed.
The only thing I didn’t enjoy was that a lot of the teas in the testing box had cinnamon and I’m allergic to it, so I couldn’t drink a lot of them. But that’s on me because I didn’t check the ingredients on each tea.
I will be ordering again, specially the jasmine green tea with orange. The best way to start the day.

BEST travel mug...EVER!
I looked online for a decent travel mug and found the Offblak site, ended up ordering the travel mug and a selection of teas and I can honestly say it’s in the running for the best thing I’ve bought this year and it’s only January! 🙌🏻
The cup keeps my tea hot for ages and the selection of teas are delicious, taking me away from my usual English breakfast and green tea. I’ve recommended these products to everyone and could not be happier with them myself. Cheers to Offblak ☕️

Tea is alright
Tea is alright - like the Earl Grey with rose. But the delivery is super slow and delivery charge for subscription was almost £4 for a £4 tea, and it was not clearly shown when you click subscription as it just show the costs of the tea. Once billed I asked to cancel the order and the team said it's too late and were unwilling to help. Poor service. If the tea was bad I would have given 1 star.

You are eligible for free delivery when your subscription order is worth over £10, or as a one off buyer, £25. As mentioned in our email, we were unable to cancel your order as it has already been dispatched from our warehouse.

My Offblak tea from Enland
Being that I had never really cared for tea much until I had the chance to try samples of these teas. I found them to be very fresh with flavor! I like the three flavors that I had ordered Down Time, Nicely Spicy and Sleep Breezy. Not only are they full of flavor but I find drinking them is very relaxing. I am now a tea drinker!

Please note that some orders are taking a bit longer to get delivered by our external delivery partners, due to delays with Royal Mail, who are struggling with service delays due to the massive increase in volume. We hope you can understand this is out of our control.
Our couriers aim to deliver within the 7-10 working days period but we can’t guarantee it as delivery is done by 3rd party courier services.
