2 out of the 3 pairs I bought were good 3rd pair had double sided tape on the insole which was not described on the website, emailed them about it but not heard anything back must be a new way of making shoes instead of using glue

Returns unhelpful!
Great idea but it’s a shame you have to pay for return postage! Bought some boots that would have been perfect but far too narrow. Need to return now but at additional cost. £10 for something that I couldn’t have known about.

Items not delivered and company very unhelpful
Ordered 2 pairs of shoes 22days ago. Yodel marked them as delivered but they were not. Office Offcuts have been awful since - making me wait 3-5 working days at a time between emails, first to confirm they’d look into it, to tell me it had been left beside a child’s bike (there are no children in my block of flats), then to say someone would be in touch with a form to complete. On the form I had to state I was happy for police to investigate ME….
It feels like they are treating me like I’ve done something wrong rather than the delivery company!!
I’m out of pocket and out of work shoes in a cost of living crisis and when I asked about a refund or redelivery they said once I’d completed the form someone could discuss what was possible…
3 weeks + and I’m still waiting.

Just perfect
Bought a pair of Nike Air Force 1s.
Was a little worried before they arrived very quickly.
I have inspected the trai ers and cannot find anything wrong with them whatsoever. Slight tear on the box which you may expect anywhere.
My daughter is going to be so happy on Christmas morning as I told her there was no way we could afford them anywhere else. So thank you so much🙂

Excellent value for money and prompt shipping.
One of my favourite sites to shop from allowing you to buy quality shoes at a fraction of the price. Orders are always prompt and the shoes always match the description. You have to check regularly and be quick as items are snapped up. I had a question and contacted customer services via Facebook messenger and they replied quickly and politely. My only qualm would be that odd sizes should be priced way lower.

If you placed your order at https://offcutsshoes.co.uk/ , please contact us through Messages or at - offcuts@office.co.uk providing your order number etc... so that we can help you further. Unfortunately if you ordered from offcut.nl - the site not associated with us in any way - then your only option to get your money back would be to go through your payment provider , bank etc... We only sell in the UK and so you wouldn't have been able to order from our site. We sympathize with you in this case and hope that you are able to receive your money back.
Poor customer service
Purchased a pair of trainers (paid for, order acknowledged) only for them to turn around and cancel the order due to 'internal issues', no further clarification. Trainers have since disappeared form site with no offer of any form compensation for their error resulting in me losing the trainers.
