I am not happy at all, For the 3rd time ordering shoes from you and receiving a smaller size. Ordered UK size 9 for ladies only to receive 41 which don't fit. This is not fair at all. Please fix this because it costs a lot to send them back

I ordered some items off the website and I have had to return a pair. I stated my 14day returns rights and I have asked for the P&P to be refunded. I have just had an email to say the purchase of the items will be refunded and not the P&P I have had to pay. I ordered another item (different size) in the meantime to ensure I receive my product in time. Opened it today to find paperwork/box/emails etc all state the ordered size but I have been sent the incorrect size - the size I have already returned!! The paperwork has even been signed. What is going on? I refuse to pay out P&P as it cost me £7 last time and this is an error on Offcut's part. I also would like to know if I will receive my original item? I am happy to update my review if the attached matter is resolved.

Great prices, good accurate descriptions and pictures. Never needed to use customer services, and never returned anything. Not going to mention how many times I have purchased 😅

i ordered a nice pair of court shoes and was sent a pair of trainers 2 sizes bigger because they got mine and another customers order mixed up. when i messaged them and asked for another pair to be sent they said they had to wait for my pair to be returned. i explained i had ordered them to wear to a funeral only days away, made no difference. i then asked for a refund and was told again i have to wait for the shoes to be returned. i explained i was worried about this as i could be waiting weeks for the customer to return them, if they return them at all, yet again made no difference. i would never order from them again and would not recommend them.

Such a shame! I love(d) the concept of this and have had some great shoes out of it. I have spent a good couple of thousand pounds with this company. The customer 'service' however is APPALLING! I requested, through YODEL (which I also despise), to change my delivery option. They accepted. All was meant to be well. They since delivered my parcel to a neighbour who I dont know while I am away. This is causing stress! I know my neighbour is moving out and YODEL overrode my decision without my consent. Upon telling the team at OFFCUTS, they could not give a crud! Dismissive, negligent, useless, ignorant... They have active gone out there way to be awkward and unhelpful giving no hecks about the fact that the delivery has gone to someone else. They dont answer my questions, dont care that I am out of pocket and have asked me to return the parcel for a refund. Honestly they are showing such stupidity. I asked to speak to a manager. They wouldn't do that. I asked to speak to complaints department. They dismissed that also. I feel really sad that they have treated me this way and just don't care at all. They have offered no help and just told me to speak to my bank. I'd really ut me off and this is really some of the worst customer service I have encountered. I don't know what to do.I shouldn't be having to do anything really!

Update: they told me they would send Yodel round to get the parcel and it would take 48 hours. What a lie! No one came and no one had got in touch and no one had refunded me or responded. What horrible customer 'service'. They just blag you by publicly pretending to care because even after the below comment none had bothered to check in with me. Nearly £300 disappeared!

Have always loved offcuts and never had any issues. However recently they sent me the wrong item and told me they would refund me once I sent back (including postage fees). Sent the item back, so far no refund for either. They ended up sending the original product back to me (even though they said they wouldn’t) which is very annoying as I repurchased the same product as they said they wouldn’t be sending. So now I have 2 pairs of the same shoes. I need to now make a return again but I haven’t even received the refund for the first return postage. Their customer service don’t read the emails - I’ve had the sent the postage receipts twice - and obviously aren’t checking info before they send it to you. Just all very annoying and inconvenient.

First time using Offcuts. Made a bulk order of boots, shoes & sandals, value nearly £200.00. Delivery arrived on time in a sturdy box. Contents were as described and all in excellent condition. However none of the items fitted my feet. I have wide feet and the width of the products would be a great addition to the website to aid choice of items for purchasers. Items were removed and sent back which cost £16.00. The refund of the items was made swiftly minus the cost of Delivery to me of £3.99, so I've spent £20.00 and have nothing to show for it, so only a 3* review.

Timberland boots were excellent as was the price. Will definitely buy again.

Happy with service. However the box that the item arrived in was not quite big enough so item doesn't fit properly. Overall very happy otherwise.

Bought some Veja trainers. The colourway was the opposite to what was pictured. So instead of mostly black they were mostly white. I returned them. But my postage both ways should have been refunded as it was their mistake but it was not. They've lost nothing but I'm out of pocket by £8 because they sent me the wrong product. Avoid.

So pleased I have found this site, so far I have had no issues and have been buying from them for about 2 years now.
I am weary of using the office main site as have had a few issues, wrong shoes, sent to wrong house, cancelled, different sizes etc (all on seperate orders!) and I never trust the order until it is in my hands - not a fun shopping experience! And to be frank, I haven't placed an order with the main site for over 3 years because I don't enjoy the stress of it.
However I don't have that with offcuts, they dispatch within 2 days at the most, and arrive within 5 days, the shoes are always in perfect condition (they do advise of any marks etc) and generally have a decent discount applied.

The site is worth keeping an eye on, especially if there is a pair of shoes that has sold out in your size or if like me, you just don't trust ordering from their main site - I really cannot understand why they provide such a different service when they are the same company but they do.
