Easy to use website, always in stock, speedy delivery and no hassle to use!

The email from them, confirming my order, says: "Your standard delivery should be delivered between Monday 28th July - Wednesday 30th July, deliveries are only made Monday to Friday." No tracking number was included.
It just arrived today - Saturday! - and was delivered by Yodel.
Sheer luck that I was in, and that it got delivered at all, since Yodel, along with many of these 'independent' couriers are a bunch of cowboys.
This is no reflection on this particular driver: he was courteous and helpful, waiting until I reached the front door to hand the (very heavy) parcel over. The good ones get tarred with the same brush, unfortunately.
Fast delivery and quality goods, but logistics are wanting.

AND NOW I KNOW WHY!
I was puzzled by the name of the 'supplier' on the delivery label. I researched, and found this:
NWT FM Solutions (the actual sender of the liquid soap) is at
Units 9 & 10, Brickfields, Huyton Business Park, Liverpool, L36 6HY
Under another name, using this same address is an ebay account with the identical items I purchased priced OVER £37 CHEAPER!
Before I ordered from officestationery.co.uk, I had already checked out this NWT FM seller on ebay - but decided not to use them because of terrible feedback re. lost deliveries, and using dodgy couriers.
So, I order from officestationery.co.uk, who are selling stock they don't have - 'dropshipping' - and making over 30-odd quid from the deal!
Obviously, if I'd known of this before, I could have gone via ebay, and saved a packet on the identical deal.

Oh, well, officestationery.co.uk, you've just lost a customer.

The goods weren't exactly what was ordered as the manufacturer was out of stock and substituted it with some thing else. The member of the sales team was very helpful, and found out why there had been a change, and since she could not really do anything about it, offered a 10% discount on my next order. She was a great ambassador for the company.
