Excellent product fast delivery, highly recommended

One of the items I required had its code changed,the items sent were not suitable.
I had to return them for credit.

Always great prices, plenty of options, plenty of stock, rapid delivery and if there's anything that needs sorting out there is a real member of staff with a name and a personal investment in getting it sorted. Nothing is too much trouble.

The letter trays are now in use and keeping my desk tidy, but I had to return the Filofax as it was far too large for my needs. Hope to receive a full refund to the Filofax as it cost me £12.75 to return it!!

I have had a satisfactory transaction. The product was what I expected though I think the boxes rather expensive. They arrived two days ahead of the delivery period I was given. It is certainly better that deliveries arrive early rather than late though it is preferable if they come when predicted since customers may have to make reception arrangements.

I had been unable to find the product I wanted on any website so I called Office Stationery. Although they did not have the product either, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and found me the closest match. Excellent customer service.
