I needed to change my booking date and got a response to my request the same day with full details of what I needed to do. It only took Amy one week to arrange the ticket exchange.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for all the kindness and attention I received from Amy, who assisted me with the rebooking of The Hunger Games.

I always book my theatre tickets through Official London Theatre whenever I travel to London because the service is consistently reliable and professional. I have been using it for many years and have always had positive experiences.

My sincere compliments and thanks to Amy for her excellent customer service and assistance.

I purchased two tickets for The Paddington Bear Experience, then purchased another child ticket, but when I checked the confirmation, I had booked the second ticket on a different date to the first two tickets. I contacted the customer services, they replied promptly and were extremely helpful, they contact the venue and managed to change my ticket to same as the other two. Extremely happy with the with how they dealt with the whole situation and very grateful with the out come. Cant wait to go now...

Great and clear comms about kids week and how to access the tickets. Super accommodating when I needed to change a ticket. Brilliant!

I booked some tickets for Kids’ Week and then realised I couldn’t make the date. I reported my problem using the online form and was contacted very promptly with all the steps needed to rectify the issue. I now have a refund on the way for the tickets I couldn’t use and a couple of tickets booked for the correct day! Thank you so much for your help, Amy.

Great experience with Official London Theatre for booking during kids week. What’s a great idea?! And how lucky are our kids with access to world class performances at young age! I tried to purchase tickets during the kids week launch and got wrong tickets. I sent an email to customer service and they were amazing with sorting the issue. (I did buy ticket protection)

I managed to book the wrong day for a show by a week. I emailed customer service but didn't expect much as no refunds are given and I didn't add the insurance. Email response was the next day with an option to buy tickets for the right day and then my wrong tickets refunded. Super quick service 😀

I have been in London for about a week, and have used this site everyday to catch a show. Up to date choices, and quick responses. I had a family emergency come up, and customer service was very quick to help me exchange days. I could not recommend enough!

Customer service was excellent. I contacted them 48 hrs before the show to enquire if I could receive a refund on one of my tickets due to someone in my group being unwell and received a prompt reply which resulted in a refund. Very impressed and it was certainly worth taking out the refund protection

Fabulous customer service…. I made a mistake and booked the wrong date for a London show for next week.
I was doubtful that I could rectify this but submitted the request to change the date.
Within an hour I had received an email from customer service saying all had been resolved.
It was a huge relief and really appreciated.

Great value and great follow up after I emailed them with a post purchase query that actually had nothing to do with them but still helped me.

We were extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion and customer service shown by The Greatest Showman team.

We had tickets booked for Saturday 14th March 2026 as a birthday treat for my 9-year-old child. While travelling to the venue, we were caught in a serious multi-vehicle accident on the A12. The car was written off and we suffered whiplash injuries. Naturally, attending the performance was impossible.

Despite contacting the company immediately after the accident and explaining the circumstances & giving them a police incident number , our request to exchange or rebook the tickets was refused due to “short notice”.

I completely understand that companies have policies, but exceptional circumstances sometimes require basic human understanding and discretion. This was not a change of mind or poor planning — it was a genuine emergency involving children, injuries, and a written-off vehicle.

What made this even more upsetting was that the event was meant to be a special birthday memory for my daughter , who had been excited for months. We had purchased 5 tickets !

Easy booking process, and when something came up was able to easily exchange the tickets for another date with the help of Amy! Will definitely be using them again

What really stood out was how quickly and smoothly Amy handled everything — especially arranging the resale and processing the refund so promptly. It turned what was quite a stressful situation into something much more manageable and reassuring.
