Official Pets

0fficial Pets supplied a interview by a therapist which followed up with my letter. This is life changing and allows my service dog to be at my side no matter where I need to go. The process was not invasive but seemed as if they legitimately care for their clients. Thank you to Leon and Kassie who were quick to return calls and follow up.

I was consulted by Theresa and she is so professional and helpful!Absolutely loved the conversation and I highly appreciate it!
Highly recommend!

Thank you very much for helping me so quickly to get an appointment with the doctor, who already confirmed the necessity of a service dog for me and helped my dog receive the required documents. Everything was done very quickly and to the highest standard. Thank you so much.

I had a really positive experience getting my dog certified as a service dog. Theresa was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. As I shared what my dog does to serve me with my current struggles, Theresa was non-judgmental and very understanding. I definitely recommend Official Pets for your dog’s service animal certification.

I worked with Leon and Gaby to help me through my difficult times. They were wonderful experienced, kind and supportive throughout.
I highly recommend official pets to everyone

Great Experience
Great People

Theresa was really personable and flexible with her schedule when setting up calls. It was great to speak with someone who showed a genuine interest in my life and wanted to help. Would 100% recommend her!

Official pets made getting my ESA letter super easy. My therapist was very nice and professional. I got sent my letter within 24 hours of purchasing. They send a refund if it doesn’t get approved or if you don’t end up needing additional services, so it helped contribute to the stress free process. I will continue to use them in the future!

My therapist certified my cat as an ESA, and I'm very thankful for his help! He made the process smooth and stress-free.

If you're looking for a trustworthy source of ESA or PSD letters for your little babies this is it. This website is reliable, I got connected to a true licensed provider, Mrs. Theresa Broms, and the process went out very smoothly. The providers follow and keep their policies strictly, so there's absolutely no worries that this is, like, another scamming service trying to track out your card and bank info. You will feel safe and secure here, worth every single penny.

It was a pleasure to work with Leon and Kassie. I would highly recommend them.

Theresa Broms was compassionate, professional, and made the ESA process clear and stress-free. She truly listened, cared about my overall well-being, and moved efficiently without ever feeling rushed. I’m grateful for her support and highly recommend her.

I’m incredibly grateful to this wonderful team. From start to finish, everything was done with such care, warmth, and true professionalism. It’s rare to meet people who not only do their job well, but also genuinely care about those they’re helping. Working with you was a true joy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

It was amazing! Professional work, quick response. I recommend only you. Thank you very much, Dr. Leon.

Easy and thorough evaluation of need for service pet.

Leon was great! He was patient and heard me out with my concerns. He is very quick and didn’t waste time in providing me with my ESA paperwork.

OfficialPETS made obtaining an ESA as simple as filling out a quick questionnaire to an instant phone call. The process was very seamless and I felt confident throughout the entire process. My provider, Ms. Jardines, answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this service to anyone seeking assistance in this process. The price is worth the customer service and benefits this company offers!

They truly are a great help every step of the way and got me approved for my fur baby thank you all so much leon and kassie were great

I’ve used Official Pets a couple of times now, and every time it’s been super easy and smooth. Most recently I needed a new letter for my service dog Sofia, and Leon helped me through it - he was so kind, patient, and just easy to talk to. I really appreciate how quick and clear everything was. It didn’t feel stressful or cold, which is rare these days with online services. Honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Thanks again, Leon — you made something important feel simple and calm.

I need an ESA letter for November, but I thought I'd get the process started early because I assumed it would be a long wait. It was not! They called me the same day and helped me check resources to make sure I wasn't wasting my time or money. I ended up needing the ESA and not the PSD which I thought I did and they refunded me the difference right away. This process was super easy and is a huge weight lifted. Would 1000% recommend.
