Official Pets

Official pets are amazing!!! They know all about sympathy, compassion, and customer service. They work efficiently and respond within minutes. I will forever be using them for as long as I have pets. Spoke to Leon and Travis, they are both very friendly and understanding.

My experience was not only amazing but I would highly recommend to anyone going through this process. Dr. Theresa Broms was specifically phenomenal in this process and I couldn’t have landed in a better situation. Thank you for such a smooth and enjoyable experience!

Official Pets made the process of getting a letter for my dog seamless and stress free. I submitted my and my dogs information on the website and within a few minutes Theresa messaged me to set an appointment for the next morning. During our phone call Theresa was kind and friendly, I really enjoyed speaking with her! Theresa asked questions, in a non judgmental way, about my diagnosis and how my dog helps me. At the end of our call she said I qualified and would send me my letter. Just a couple of minutes after our phone call she emailed me my letter. I’m glad that I decided to use Official Pets and very happy that I got to speak with Theresa!

Absolutely love this company! I tell everyone I know about it. Leon has not only made the process smooth and easy, but he also takes the time to genuinely get to know you and your pets. You can tell they truly care about their clients and take the responsibility seriously
— they don't just hand out ESAs to anyone, which makes them all the more trustworthy and reputable. I am so thankful for their service!

Leon called and attended to my request just after few minutes of application. I have been set up with Theresa the very next day. She emphasized and supported me throughout the process. Also, she provided me with adequate information regarding my rights and benefits. I would highly recommend OfficialPet. Thank you!

The experience was so easy and smooth. Theresa was so friendly and pleasant to work with. Would 100% recommend.

Leon was great and helped me get an updated ESA letter for my apartment that uses PetScreening.com. Would recommend!

Super friendly and easy to deal with. Would 100% recommend

Leon is amazing to work with! From the start, he made the whole ESA process incredibly easy and stress-free. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping you and your furry friend. What sets Leon apart is his ability to simplify everything. He guides you through each step, ensuring you understand what’s happening and why. Plus, he’s always available to answer any questions, making you feel supported throughout the entire journey. If you’re looking to get your dog recognized as an ESA, I highly recommend reaching out to Leon. He’s a true professional who goes above and beyond to make the experience smooth and successful. Thanks to him, my dog is now officially an ESA, and we couldn’t be happier!

From start to finish, the customer service has been amazing. I needed an ESA letter for my new cat as I was about to apply for apartments in another state. I was confused about whether I needed the letter to come from a therapist in my current state or new state, but the company was knowledgeable about the requirements in each state and was able to answer my questions right away. They connected me with a licensed therapist in my new state who emailed me that same day to make an appointment. The therapist also turned out to be super awesome to talk to, and gave me my ESA letter after a video call evaluation session. Although I had initially also paid for the additional documentation just in case any apartments asked for it, the ESA letter worked perfectly by itself and nothing else was needed for the apartment I got approved for 2 months later, so when I reached back out to Official Pets, I was able to get a refund for this. I'm truly grateful for how easy they made this entire process as moving itself is already stressful and overwhelming.

Official Pets made it super easy and stress free to get my ESA letter. Dr. Lester was absolutely amazing and so kind. She listened and made sure to explain everything to me. Great experience!

I have absolutely no complaints. Amazing service, extremely prompt and friendly. I was able to get an emotional support hamster with no problems :)

OfficialPets.com made the process super easy and reassuring. The experience was smooth, professional, and judgment-free. My licensed provider Dr. Gray really listened and understood my situation, which made me feel seen and supported. If you're nervous about taking the first step, this is a great place to start !

Theresa is awesome. I loved talking to her because she was so understanding and reassuring. She also made the process clear and easy.

I had a fantastic experience. My request was promptly answered, and I received my letter the same day. It was a wonderful surprise! I highly recommend this service.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Leon and Travis! From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, professional, and supportive. They took the time to understand my situation and walked me through every step of the process to have my dog certified as a service animal.

Their compassion and knowledge made something that felt overwhelming so much easier. Thanks to them, my dog is now officially recognized as my service animal, and it’s had such a positive impact on my daily life.

Both Leon and Travis truly care about helping people and their pets, and it shows in everything they do. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone in need of this service.

I had a really great experience talking to Theresa. She helped me understand what I have been dealing with and why rescuing my two puppies was the right thing to do. She listened and really made me feel better after speaking with her.

Ms. Gabriela was incredibly thorough throughout the process of my ESA evaluation. She made sure everything was completed properly and with care. Beyond her professionalism, she was genuinely kind, easy to talk to, and I felt supported. She truly made a stressful process for me feel manageable. Thank you Ms. Gabriela!

Shoutout to Theresa Broms and her big heart - it’s clear she leads with it in everything she does. Throughout our interactions, I felt heard, supported, and reassured. It was such a smooth and professional process to receive my ESA letter.
