I love it! It makes my face feel hydrated and looks like it’s glowing.

My 17-year-old son and I have been using the Yuri nighttime mask for the past 5 weeks. We have each noticed subtle changes in the texture and vibrancy of our skin. My son has acne-prone skin. He does other medically prescribed treatments, of course, but the Yuri night mask has given him a nice glow and plumps his skin. For myself, I have noticed my marionette lines become softer in appearance, as well as sun spots fading away a little more with each use. Customer service has been easy to communicate with as well. When I needed to change up my recurring order, that's how much we love it; customer service made the changes for me with ease. Overall, this product and the service are excellent.

Really liked the product never got the mask

My order arrived damaged, and despite contacting the support team, who claim to offer 24/7 assistance, I haven’t received any response despite following up for over five days. This experience raises serious concerns about the legitimacy and reliability of the company.

I also have concerns about the reviews, as they offer paid incentives for positive feedback. I received an email promising a full refund if I wrote a positive review before even receiving the product, which raises serious doubts about the authenticity of those reviews.

The texture is really nice, the spatula is really comfortable. Doesn't work for me to sleep with as I'm a light sleeper... The skin looks glowy in the morning

I am not getting the results you advertised. I do what you say but nothing is changing. It is applied at night not before I put my makeup on. You show that there is a very noticeable change when you use it and I see no extra moisture at all . Help …

I ordered product once 2try.wasnt thrilled.Zombie mask works much better. Then for 2 months keep receiving orders at 35.00 a pop.cancelled several times evrn though I never subscribed.foundly the y said my orders are cancelled and bam they sent again.will go to bank and deal with this dishonest company monday
