I ordered my first shipment on February 20th and it is now March 28th. Customer service responded after reaching out for an update and was given standard "shipping policy" information, and now it's exceeded those expectations. I would love a refund because I never received my first order and have been charged for my second order unable to cancel my "membership". I was excited to try this product due to ongoing skin issues. Hopefully I can at least get my money back...but have not heard back. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND! I would give no stars if I could.

I love the product ! Very very much ! I have my daughters using it also !! Plus I gave 2 away for bday gifts ! Which they have ordered some ! What Idont realize I did was when I clicked to save it included a subscription! I just can’t afford another monthly bill !!

My skin felt smooth. Not sure what I am looking for but did notice some pores on my nose looked tighter.

I’m 76 soon to be 77. The product goes on smoothly and cool. Easy to remove in the morning peels off. Depending on how thick you put it on depends how it peels off. It won’t be one big mask. Love the feel of my face once peeled off. So smooth. My lines are smoothing out, my complexion is more consistent, the dark spots are fading. I recommend Yuri!! Only been using about 3 weeks, can’t wait to see what consistent use will reveal.

This website is a complete fraud I originally ordered buy one get one free I was only sent one tube. I went on their website and tried to contact them no one has ever got back with me and while I was logged in the website I wanted to confirm that I have no subscriptions and the website kept glitching. I tried several times on different occasions and I figured I did not have any subscriptions that’s why I could not pull anything up. Well to my surprise I was charged again for a reoccurring order and yet no way to contact anyone and the website says “There's a problem loading this page
Check the URL or try again in a few minutes.” When I click under subscriptions.

This company is a scam! Do not buy from them. They sign you up to a subscription you did not ask for and do not cancel it when you ask!

It is a good product.
I did not know that if I subscribed then I will be receiving this every month so I got in touch with the company and they asked me to return the package for the refund.
Will definitely order more of it as it’s so good on my skin. I’m returning the second package as I ordered 4 items already and o use it 2 times in a week. Should try

This company is dodgy i have asked 3 times for them to cancel my subscription that I didn't agree to. I can't even get into the website to cancel it. I don't like the product as I hurts my skin when I try and take it off. Do not buy from them.
