Upon opening our business we purchased the thermal offnova time clock machine, we'll it went bad I want to say a year into it, the machine gave out, I reached out to offnova via email and within 1 business day Jamie at customer service reached out and took it from there sending me a new machine within a week, and that's only because of the holiday schedule, if not I would've received it earlier, thank you Jamie for the help great job!

This company is amazing!! I had a problem with the DTF oven and they were so helpful and resolved my problem immediately. They are the best.

Great product and customer service. I didn't expect ANY service since the product is made overseas and cheaper than others. I'm very happy with solutions and output of my product.

My thermal printer is a life saver for my small business and it’s good to know that customer service honors their warranty if your printer stops working.

The product I ordered came quick and works perfectly fine

I purchased the 4B-2054N Thermal printer, it was the perfect size, color, and affordable for getting my small business started.

Ran into a mechanical error so I contacted customer support. They were quick to respond and were incredibly helpful with getting my issue addressed. Jamie was amazing, quick to provide possible solutions, and arranged for a replacement when one couldn't be found. Amazing experience all around

Gran calidad en una impresora básica, en nuestro hogar compramos hace más de un año el modelo 4b-2054n y le hemos usado bastante para etiquetas de despacho. Hace poco decidí implementar otro modelo de etiqueta y tuve que pedir ayuda a la empresa para poder calibrarla bien (una de 1,5"x1,5"). Me respondieron por mail y me dieron los pasos para poder tener bien calibrada la nueva etiqueta y seguir sacando el máximo potencial.
100% recomiendo la impresora y marca ya que sé que otros pueden tener la misma experiencia que nosotros tenemos.

Honestly, I am very satisfied with my Offnova product with my DTF CISS Ink. Their support is very kind and timely, helping with any concerns. I highly recommend them 100%. Jaime provides excellent support.

I love Offnova products! I especially love the 20oz tumblers. They sublimate extremely well and my customers love them. I have contacted Jamie several times for assistance with purchasing my timblers and Jamie has provided excellent customer servkce and professionalism. i'm trying to install and it asking for passcode. it not letting me see specks of printer or telling me how to get that passcode. i managed to print from my phone but my info is on computer.

I received my dtf ciss (without chip) with white Ink circulation for EPSON ET8550 L805 XP15000 and it was damage in shipping. Email support and Jamie ship out a replacement right away. My ciis works good now and looks good too.

absolutely loved my thermal printer but ended up losing the power cord so I went and spent the 24 bucks to get a new one after I arrived they only shipped me half of the item I've emailed them twice now and they have completely ghosted me can't even get my money back or the other part whatever you do don't lose your power cord or damage it if you do you're better off just buying a whole new printer or risk them sending you half then ghosting you

Jamie from OFFNOVA customer service team made my order right when Amazon handlers just threw my cups into a box along with a broken box that the tumblers originally came in. They were so scattered that half of them were scratched upon arrival. I had a big show and these cups were paid for in advance. I did not have funds to reorder these before the show nor the time to wait for them to complete the order. I wanted OFFNOVA to see how their cups were sent to me. Jamie reached out to me and made my order right by replacing the cups that were scratched. I was able to complete my order with my customer. Thank you Jamie for all your help.

Offnova thermal label printer is a GAMECHANGER!! I sell EBay and would print using 8x11 paper. Cut out the label. Insert the label into a clear plastic envelope. Ugh! Wasted ink. Wasted paper. Most importantly, Wasted time and money. Not common to get both affordability and quality, but Offnova are both. Need customer support? My email was answered the very same day!! By a HUMAN!! TWICE! I'm not bloviatong, this is not hyperbole, OffNova is top tier.
