They were able to fit me in earlier than planned and did a professional job. The engineers Liam P and Ashley D were friendly and helpful. They made everything clear to understand and answered all of my questions.

The 500MB broadband service I've had for three years has been great - reliable and fast - unfortunately the renewal process is awful each year with massive uplifts threatened and the need to phone the renewals team to get the increases moderated is time consuming for a loyal and hereto satisfied customer. Alas this year's process has broken me though and regretfully I've decided to go with Sky which is offering a much cheaper 900MB deal than that on offer to a previously loyal fan.

Ashley Dean and Liam partridge were on time and I am very pleased with their attitude and they've done their work extremely well. They helped me with my tea being set up. Very clean also. Thank you boys very nice boys

Received a customer care phone call today. Ffion from Ogi was calling to see if everything ok since joining Ogi broadband. Lovely, polite young lady. Thank you Ffion

From start to finish, excellent. The switch front Vodafone was handled for me. Ben and Dan fitted everything where I wanted. It was a pleasure to meet them both.

From installation to cancellation a nightmare. The installers drilled into a water pipe and left. Leaving us to not notice there was a leak for 2 days. It took months to get any form or remburment for repairs.

Half was through our contract they doubled our rate! Went from £30 a month to £63.

We moved to an area that is not covered by them and dispite me sending across a proof of address I had £1066 taken out of my account with no notice. I had to get my bank to cancel the payment as they had filed my email in the wrong inbox.

I will say ogi's customer service team are always very helpful and try to help but it's clear that they are hindered by shoddy management and leadership decisions.

Do not waste your money you are better off having slightly slower Internet with a different provider.

Huw and Simon came this morning to install my broadband at the time it was arranged for. I had a call off Simon yesterday with confirmation of the time.
They were very helpful in advising me where the router should be placed to give me the best signal, and were patient answering my many questions in a way I could understand. Thank you both for an efficient and professional service.

Had my bradband fitted by the following chaps Ade D, Ben C and Charlie K. Very professional, clean and tidy. No problems with connection or fitting and i am a happy customer. Now they are going to supply to my home as well. Tidy

I have had the ogi broadband for 3 years first year was great introductory price 12 month contract, Welsh internet for Welsh people. I think the slogan needs updating to Ripping off Welsh people left right and centre, I have emails 7 times to request to end my contract, and no replies I've gone days without service and no replies. They install an extra box and damage your property, I cannot wait to end this contract, if they ever reply to me, please everyone in Wales avoid, this is a rip off. First year great, constant communication, once they have you in the 2nd contract which is 24 months and much higher price they have you, avoid avoid!!

Liam Evans and Lucy Greenman installed my new fibre broadband today and they were both 10/10, so helpful, polite and did a fantastic job. They hid the wiring as best as possible and it was all exceptionally neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend this dream team!

I had to renew my Ogi Broadband contract, I phoned Ogi and spoke to Leo a Loyalty expert, he helped me to choose the right broadband option for my needs. I was very grateful for the help and advice I received. It turned out to be an easy process, which was very pleasing. Excellent service from Leo and Ogi.
