Developing good habits
It helps me to develop actionable habits. Before, I would do things that I thought would reduce my electricity usage, but wasn't sure how much impact my efforts were. With OhmConnect, it is super clear how much energy I am saving.

Not helpful IMO
Most of the events occur when I am at work. Seems pointless to me, at least in my case. I’m older, live alone and can’t afford my bills as it is. I do nothing that I don’t already do and still beat my neighbors in low energy usage.

It’s a great way to save money and it makes it fun for the whole family to get involved and help save energy. Plus they give us our results within 24hrs after the energy saving hour ends so we can see how we did and what works or what’s helpful to cut back using, ie: laptops, tv, lights. Also they give us ideas on how to save like microwaving vs kitchen oven. It’s been an eye opener for our whole family and good knowledge to carry on and use throughout our lifetimes!
