AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I had a small problem with my delivery and they said they would sort it…..and wow did they sort it sent me absolutely loads of free wax bars of my favourite smell…THANK YOU SO MUCH ITS SO NICE THAT A COMPANY HAS SUCH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE 🙂

There is hardly any aroma from the wax melts I will not buy again

Amazing scents that last ages. Customer service is second to none. Enquired about some scents that are no longer on the website and was told these were a Christmas line, however they found some and sent them out. Thank you ever so much

This is the second time I have ordered from company and now will be a regular customer . The smells are amazing with a really good selection and quick delivey both times .

The company offers a wide variety of scents that are absolutely gorgeous. The customer service is also wonderful and highly recommended. If you are looking for a strong throw and fast delivery, this company is the best choice.

I have looked for a decent company to do my wax melts for ages since the last place i liked stopped trading , and now finally with oh my melt I've found one that has amazing strong smelling wax melts . I'll definitely be ordering again . The delivery did take a while but I did place a large order .

Was a slight problem with delivery but turned out was Royal Mail problem customer service sorted this out and order was with me next day. Wax melts smell great thank you will be reordering

Really good value for money. I am always a little dubious with wax melts because some are terrible and have little scent. I’m really really pleased with these and they are great value for money with the offers and I had a welcome discount.

The throw off them fills my room up and can often smell the strong one (black cherry) all through the house!

Will defo be placing another order as soon as I get paid, my new fave company (addiction!!!)

After having a few amazing orders i put in a Boxing Day Sale order. Received it and was so disappointed. The normal scent i buy has completely changed. This is the Baccarat Rouge Wax Melt. The scent is not the same. Weak and not the same notes. Wax completely different colour and packaging slightly different. Now this wouldn't be an issue BUT the scent is not there at all. I'd ordered around 7 or 8 previous bars before xmas and fell in love. The best I've tried. This batch is absolutely awful. I know this because i have some of the old ones left to compare. I've emailed the company and contacted via social media. No response whatsoever. So poor. If i don't hear from them I'll go through my bank. Like I've said I've not had an issue with previous orders until this one. Theres no return policy or even any communication from this company so beware if you're ordering and theres a problem.

Brilliant customer service and dealt with my product issue quickly and easily , very quick delivery and so appreciated the lovely wax bars I was sent with my replacement, every product I have purchased I have been totally pleased with , the smells are strong and last ages , great company and highly recommend.

These wax melts are very reasonably priced, smell great and the scent lasts for ages unlike some of their competitors. Good service and promot delivery. I would highly recommend this company.

great melts. really impressed with how long these lasted, very well packaged so they didn’t break in transit. Really wide range of smells and some of them are very very strong (only a few bits needed). Impressed and will be reordering soon thanks!

Delivery took almost 2 weeks. Took them a week to dispatch 2 wax melts! Wax melts were cheaply packaged in plastic. I ordered two different scents. Smelt nice in the packaging. Melted within 10 minutes and scent wasn’t strong at all. I don’t know how they can claim to be the UK best wax melt company. Asda wax melts are the best! Avoid oh my melt.

These wax melts are the best I’ve found. Excellent scents and very long lasting. Always extremely well packaged. Had a very small issue recently, resolved immediately, to my complete satisfaction. We’ll deserved 5 stars oh my melt and thank you 🌸
