Absolutely shocking service. No updates given on my case other than ‘I will chase it’. I have had emails ignored for months on end and no one at this company seems to answer the phone.
I have an ongoing injury claim for a car accident that first started 11 months ago, my insurer completed the claim for their expenses over two months ago but for some reason OH Parsons can’t seem to get anything done.
Awful company, stay away.

All good advice very clear and understandable.

OHP were great. I was in a difficult situation at work, and my union appointed OHP to represent me. Their cool, calm efficient service, especially by Nazia Malik, was both comforting and reassuring. I would definitely recommend their services.

I made a claim many months ago liability for my case got accepted over a year ago why am I having to chase up the same thing every month and I’m being told the same thing every month about someone is going to call me from the medical experts instead I had a 2 min phone call with the solicitor about my injury’s ? Emails don’t get replied to and till today no one from the medical department has called me in December I was told in the new year some one would call me it’s almost the end off February ref: mus92/1

I did not give 5 stars just because: there were change of lawyers, and this is one personal thing I do not like generally. And the other things, is because a couple of times the deadlines I was given were quite rushing to me due to my difficulty in writing and understand English perfectly and I need a good amount of time to make a good reply or explanation.

Overall, I am 95% delighted OH Parsons LLP have taken care of my claim and won my case!
