Returns policy
I ordered an oil pipe and some olives that I later found out I did not need. I contacted them by telephone to see what there returns policy was and Tom advised me that they where 14 days. However, as they could easily restock my item he kindly agreed to take it back into stock even though I had exceeded the 14 days by a considerable margin. I’ve now returned the item by tracked post. Top work Tom and Oil Tank Warehouse will use again.

Due to the over tightening by the delivery driver, the thread on the cap was ripped out. I found the cap on the grass some days later having been blown off. An essential bit of kit which keeps the rain out of the tank and oil. Found one at a sensible price at OTW. Ordering was esay and it was received within 48 hours. Thanks
