Olderbest challenges some of the expensive repro Japanese brands for a fraction of the price. The customer service is excellent. These guys deserve every success.

Ordered two garments from Olderbest on the 25th of April.

On the 29th I received an email suggesting I verify my size selection. I sent them my measurements and weight etc and they replied within 12 hrs suggesting I go an additional size up.

They arrived this morning 7 May. They got it right. Items fit perfectly.

Quality for the price is outstanding. Both items are really heavy weight cotton and feel like they will last for ages.

I bought a McCoy's hoodie for over £200 a few years back. This feels as good, if not better, for under a quarter of the price. Amazing.

I was contacted by Customer Services to check my size ordered was correct as sizing could be different (Europe / Asia). This was good customer service and ensured I received the correct sizing.
The Quality of the long sleeved Henley is 5 star! (note: I have not washed it yet). Exceptional quality at a fair price.
The order process ran smoothly for me so I can't comment on resolving issues. I will be ordering again from Olderbest.

Horrendous company to work through any issues with.

So slow to respond and all in all very unhelpful. They lost my order and would not contact delivery company/Royal mail to get any clearer answer, stating that it was my responsibility to do so. However when I actually did as they suggested and took time out of my own schedule to chase delivery companies and make enquiries I was told they could not deal with me to make a claim and that the claim would need to be initiated by the company I purchased the goods from.

Upon relaying this information back to Olderbest I was told they weren't going to make any further enquiries to help me or offer any sort of compensation or resolution suggestions to me. They stated their tracking records showed 'delivered without signature', and I don't know why such an expensive item was sent without requiring a signature or without insurance should something go wrong - particularly as the item was being shipped all the way to the UK from China.

My parcel has obviously been misdelivered or left somewhere and no satisfactory resolution was offered - just a very sanctimonious 20% code for me to use to spend more money with them, which of course I'm extremely disincentivised to do!

Their customer service operatives were polite throughout but I was bounced around between different people so obviously no one person actually allocated to help look into my case at all, no relevant solutions offered at all. I only wish I'd read reviews here before ordering, they clearly are selling cheaply made items shipped from overseas and don't care about their customers once you've placed your order.

One of the worst retail experiences I've had in recent memory.

Was sent out an item that was not the size I had ordered.

Customer service not very helpful and seemingly unaware of UK consumer law as they were upfront about how they operate a 30 day return service and that the return should be completed before a certain date - this is totally irrelevant when the item is faulty or not as advertised.

Once the return was delivered and signed for I was told I would receive the results of their "review" within 48 hours - I instead waited over a week.

I had a lot of back and forth asking them to give me the results of the review and was fed lies first about the parcel still being under inspection and then about them being unable to contact the warehouse staff. Would have been preferable if they instead admitted the goods were no doubt still being transported to China.

The response times are really quite laughable - talking 24 hours for a response to an email. Very happy to take your money but not so happy to give it back when they make errors.

In summary - don't be fooled by their prices and order from a UK based retailer instead. In the event you do shop with Olderbest then make sure they comply with UK consumer law and don't let them mess you about.

Just a little bit tight on me but still glad I purchased it.
If only Non Stock would make their clothing in Size XXXL (3XL) that would be fantastic.
If they made Size XXXL (3XL) pants and a jacket I would have purchased those from you too.
Come on Non Stock, make some larger sizes for US, UK and European customers, so that we can purchase more of your items. Your smaller sizes are stopping us from doing so.
Instead Iron Heart Brand is selling loads of things in larger sizes.
Your prices are so much better than Iron Heart so you could capture a much bigger
share of the market.
Come on Non Stock make those bigger sizes so that we can buy more of your items. £££££ $$$$$

I spent £245 on clothes from this company. When the item was delivered the courier left it in a bin which was then collected before I could get my items out of it.

When I explained this to the company they told me that my items had been delivered successfully and they would not offer a re-issue or refund. Before this they also asked me to obtain a certificate of loss from the courier and when I explained the courier would only provide this upon the seller's request they refused to make any attempt to do so. I also sent pictures provided by the courier showing they left the items in a bin but Olderbest told me that the "parcel has been delivered without any issues".

When I purchase from online retailers I expect them to resolve any issues caused in the delivery process, as safe receipt of their products is assumed when making the initial purchase. This experience shows Olderbest do not care about customer service.

I have therefore lost £245. Do not make the same mistake that I did.

Veery helpful and polite customer service, but most important really high-quality designs and materials. I bought a selection of their T-shirts, they are next level and I expect they will last a long time too. I did order several more straight away in fact! Size up though, I'm British and usually a large, X-large fits me perfectly. I really want to get more items from their range, loving the collection and very reasonably priced for such high production standards. Great job!

I never write reviews but I tried to return some items of clothing because the quality wasn’t as stated and then they claimed one piece was lost in transit to them which is an absolute joke then they tried to make me order more and refused to give me a return. Reading other reviews, they’re a company based in China and send the clothes from there. It is a scam. I’d you’re about to click buy, please don’t order from here.

I was sceptical about ordering from a company in China thinking long delivery times and quality dubious. I couldn’t be more wrong! 9 days from ordering to delivery to my home. Quality is exceptional, great fit if you order one size bigger and the price is an added bonus. Definitely will order more Henley shirts.

Just wanted to write a positive review because I'd seen a few people had had problems in the past. I ordered a hoodie and the quality and material was outstanding. I was genuinely surprised at how well it was made and how it fit, which was very well! The customer service was also great and I received it within a week which I was also pleasantly surprised at due to it coming from China.

The Bronson gear is very well made and excellent value, think Buzz Rickson, Real Mckoy, RRL etc. but at a fraction of the cost and delivery has always been super fast - less than 2 weeks from the other side of the world!
I find their size charts to be spot on, but others seem to tend to size up. Note they are not like Japanese sizing, much closer to European. Just do as they recommend - compare their sizing to a similar garment you already own that fits perfectly.

I bought 2 x Levi grandad vests 10years ago and I’ve been searching for a replacement ever since they were discontinued. I came across Olderbest by pure chance and although sceptical (15-21 days delivery from China) I took a chance and ordered their version on the Henley shirt. I needn’t have worried the shirt arrived within 10days and it is a superb quality item far better than my original Levi’s at a fraction of the price. I also love the fact that Angela from Olderbest contacted me to ensure I had ordered the correct size which was a very nice touch. On sizes go either 1 or 2 sizes up I’m usually a large I ordered a XXL and it fits perfectly. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Olderbest great service fantastic product.

The jacket is of superior quality, looks fantastic and is extremely warm. The whole process from ordering to delivery went extremely smoothly and is the second jacket that I have purchased. The jackets do come up on the tight size for the stated measurements so I normally take a size 40 but purchased a size 42 which is perfect hight 172 and 79kg.

Great costumer management, friendly and prompt sercive, fast delivery and - most important - high quality products. This is what online shopping is meant to be. Very recomandable shop.

Angela was really helpful. Item arrived quickly and is fantastic quality. There is a great weight to the denim used in the shirt and putting it up against my Tom Ford denim shirt I do wonder why the Ford is 12 times the cost!

I've bought a few items over the last couple of years from Olderbest, most recent being the relaxed fit field pants (heavyweight trousers - great quality!!) and I've always been impressed by the clarity of the clothing sizing and the tracking notifications, along with the quality of the items. Thanks again!

Great T-shirts. Top quality. Not cheap but a fair price. I ordered from UK and had no problems. Delivery was fast.
