Great shirt and customer services from Angela who checked to ensure I'd ordered the correct size. Once you know know your correct size (I'm M/ L UK size so XL Asian) all good. Took 10 days to arrive but was fully able to track delivery by following the link so no problem. Will order more items.

I have bought quite a few items from these guys now and I have been really impressed with the quality of the products and the attention to detail. Over the years I have spent a lot of money with a Japanese brand that does similar clothing and I have to say these guys are up there with them but for a fraction of the cost. Yes, they do make savings (other than obvious labour and associated production costs), where the Japanese brand will do 100% wool lining these will do 80% wool amd 20% polyester but for the difference in price, that is to be expected. Sizing can vary depending on product - I think they go with original specs on their versions - but if you email them they give accurate information. I've never been disappointed by my experience of shopping with them.

I'm not a big fan of clothes shopping and usually only buy a single item during festival season. However, I recently realized that my wardrobe was outdated and needed an upgrade. I decided to purchase from a local seller who sources from respected brands like Olderbest and Bronson. After being impressed with the unique and fashionable designs, as well as the high quality and reasonable prices, I placed a few orders directly with Olderbest. Everywhere I go, I receive compliments on my new clothes. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. They provided timely suggestions and answered all of my questions. To top it off, I received a discount coupon and free delivery within ten days. The only drawback is that their items sell out quickly, so it's best to place orders as soon as possible.

Bought a few t shirts from this company. Good quality and will last for years. Angela dealt with any issue I had. Great stuff all round and will use again.

This is a Chinese company providing great quality retro style, and work, and military, style clothing. I purchased a hendley shirt, it took about two and a half weeks, to come from China. I am really pleased with the garment, it is exactly what it claims to be, a heavyweight cotton shirt, in a retro style, and is extremely well made. It is just lovely, and has now become my favourite shirt.
Immediately after ordering, I was contacted by Olderbest customer service, regarding sizing the garment. I was effectively advised to size up, which I did. My shirt is a perfect fit.
All round, a good experience. The quality of the garments makes it worth it. I shall be ordering again.

In my opinion, Olderbest portray themselves as a British or European company. Not so - this is a Chinese company.
This means very slow deliveries.
The sizing of clothing is ridiculous. Their XXL sizing is at best a UK medium.
Not that great quality either, for the price.
And because they are based in China, returns are a nightmare - and at the customers own expense.
Return cost me £26, because it's 'not their policy' to pay for returns - they keep quiet about that and their location on their website.
I eventually got my refund thanks to PayPal - I had zero confidence in their virtually non existent customer service.
The whole process took about 6 weeks.
My advice to anyone thinking of ordering from Olderbest is DON'T.
Order from a British or European company that offer free returns, UK sizing and a decent customer service.
If I could do zero stars I would, highly NOT recommended ☹️

I am a regular buyer and never had any issues. To be honest, I am shocked to see the negative reviews. The products are first class, the prices are very reasonable. Their customer services are friendly and quick to respond. Yes, their sizing chart is different to ours and you have to pay attention to that. Just send them your measurements and they will help you choose the right size. Out of all the items I only had to return one, a jacket that was too small (I wear L and I bought an XL but had to send it back and change it to an XXL. I sent it by Royal Mail tracked and it cost me £27. They didn't even wait until they received the goods but once they got a notification from the post that the parcel is on the way to them, they already sent out the replacement. Massive 5 stars from me!

I would warn against buying from Olderbest. The clothing itself is good but as other reviewers have pointed out the delivery comes from China. I have returned a £150 jacket ( too small) and 5 months on have still not received my refund as it is still stuck in customs. It is tiresome having the same conversation with their Customer Services team. Deeply disappointing.

I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from purchasing from Olderbest. Yes, the items are of high quality, however they are shipped from China, so if you decide to return items for any reason, it will cost upwards of £50. I sent items to be returned two months ago, and I am still waiting for my refund as the items are stuck in customs in China. The customer service team is not helpful either.

I will NEVER purchase clothing from Olderbest again as I find it to be very deceiving that the website says they are based in London, however the truth is that they are based in China and do not offer to help with shipping costs if you need a refund.

quality of trousers and waistcoat are very good. Customer service was helpful with sizing guidance.

This is my second experience of this company and service and quality has been excellent, including an attempt to provide helpful advice on sizing. On reflection I wouldn't have taken all the advice I was given (one shirt an excellent fit, the other a touch large) but that's life and not an enormous issue. Delivery was also much faster than expected.

Bought my jeans then researched the company and saw a bunch of bad reviews so I was freaked out thinking I’d been scammed. However, the jeans came and quickly, the quality is 2nd best I own now n I love them. Tempted to buy another pair, Asian sizing mean for me (uk based) I had to get the XXL size.

I appreciated the bespoke customer treatment given by Angela and the responsiveness and thoroughness of support given.
