I would definitely recommend

Great long sleeve Henley top. Thick, quality material and well made. It took a while to get here but worth the wait. Snug fit. Will be ordering another.

I know many people have had a bad experience, but I didn’t have any issues with this company. Shipping is from China, but it ended up being pretty speedy and the sizing was perfect. Customer service was a little slow with one small issue we had (a broken button), but they reached out to make sure we had extras. All in all a good experience.

Dropshipping.

I came across olderbest.com and liked the clothes. Luckily, I read this trustpilot first.

This is a case of dropshipping. Other websites like La Boutique du Vintage and Bronsonshop sell the same or similar articles.

These are webshops without own stock. When you order delivery with be done by a company in China.

Even though it's legal, it is in fact misleading. Legislation should be changed so that consumers can read that their articles actually come from a Chinese company and that delivery is done through dropshipping.

It's a Chinese based dropshipping scam website. Really poor quality with London high street prices. You will know when you get the tracking number. The shipment can take up to a month.

The company hides that it is based in China with a London address on its website only find out once get tracking info. Takes ages missed birthday so annoyed

I arrived at the olderbest site after looking for a cheaper version of the 1 pocket denim jacket that the likes of Pherrows, Warehouse and Co etc sell for well over £200. Read a few reviews before I purchased, but decided to go for it. Yes the goods do take some time to arrive (it's ok, I do have other clothes), but the entire journey can be tracked via a link that they send. Quality wise - very good. Heavy denim well put together. I bought a 42. Seemed a bit larger on arrival but shrank to correct size after one wash at 30 degrees. A very good alternative to the frankly overpriced Japanese boutique brands. Bear the sizing issue in mind, and be patient, and you' ll be happy

THEIVES and liars,I ordered a shirt that turned up misshapen, the arms where long and thin and the torso tiny, I returned it to the UK address on the package,labeled returns. after chasing them I found that unless I sent the shirt back to China, I would not receive a refund, they pose as an English company, but are Chinese. Please read the terms very carefully. The material is of quality, but unless you are dressing a chimp, nothing will fit you. I am now £30 out of pocket and nothing to show for it. I feel as though I have been mugged.

The goods are good quality.
The sizes are based on Chinese fit so always go up in sizes which it didn't really explain at all.
The customer service needs alot of work and I had to chase information all the time to find links for deliveries and just find out basic things.
It's basically a money driven import header company.
DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SIZE AND FIT BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU TO RETURN ANYTHING.

MONEY BASED NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE DRIVEN AT ALL!

I purchased two items one of which I wanted to return. This is where there is a big problem as you have to return the item to China which is a pain with regards to their procedure and then the cost makes it not worth returning at all. So in in the end I will sell it on EBay or similar. If I had realised this beforehand I probably would have had second thoughts about ordering at all. I will say on the positive. Side I love the quality of what I have purchased

Like other reviewers I was initially sceptical about this company as I thought they were London based. It was only when I looked at my paypal confirmation I realised they were chinese. However I received my order within 3 weeks and the quality is really good so in my opinion worth the wait. I placed my order for a Henley long sleeve shirt and will buy again but size up.

I read the other reviews on Trustpilot after ordering and was worried that the order would take ages to arrive, if at all.
(I noted that their website said orders to the UK would take 2-3 weeks).

However, my order arrived in 10 days. I am very impressed with the quality of the clothes and will probably order again.

Wow, after 2 months it actually turned up, and it is great quality! If you’re prepared to wait & stress, then maybe these guys are ok after all

Still no item, my advice, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS ITS A TOTAL SCAM. I shouldve read these reviews before i wasted £140 😩

Avoid this company like the plague! I ordered some trousers for a present. They never arrived. I complained. Got no answer, so tried to claim my money back from Paypal. Asked them for a refund as the birthday had passed and I had got my friend another present. Afterwards they sent some excuse of an email but only after I had made the complaint to Paypal. They immediately shipped a new package which eventually arrived so Paypal refused my claim. This company sucks at everything, especially customer service.

Chinese seller beware item still not received

After receiving my items I have to say, despite the poor communication around the lateness of my order delivery back in October this year, it was worth the hell of a long wait!
Really enjoying my products!

They sent the wrong items in the wrong colour. Made me pay to return to China and then claimed a shirt was missing which I can’t prove. I lost £45 and have nothing to show for it. The clothes are a poor cut and the customer service is the worse I’ve dealt with. Avoid!!

Admittedly, I thought this was a London based store as that's what the website indicated and I wanted somewhere UK based in case I needed to return the item.
When Paypal receipt revealed it was China (and I read these reviews) I tried to cancel. But the money had left my account.
However...item arrived within a week to UK. Free postage as over £100. Custom fees paid. And item was excellent condition.
Absolutely legit company in my experience and would certainly shop again. I can only say if you order from the other side of the planet to expect a delay...
