Don't get me wrong.

The stock received is decent, the 3D print does seem somewhat of a lower quality as I have made 3D printed Vase that come out about the same quality.

HOWEVER! There are a couple things wrong with my order.

1) shipping delay had me take work off as I was emailed (by fedex not the company) that my package was to be received by a certain day. So I took the day off because porch pirates are bad where I live. Only to find out that the package hasn't even been sent yet by the company.

After a couple of emails, they told me it was a stock issue. Apologized for the delay and thanked me for my patience so all in all, this wasn't too much of an issue until followed up with issue 2.

2) After receiving my package, I noticed that the stock stand purchased with my order was missing. Not broken or anything... MISSING. So, figuring that customer service was quite nice last time, I reached out again to tell them that part of my order was missing (along with a general inquiry into other vr connectors and a possibility of getting a shorter stock tube).

The reply I got was that the stock is in the box just under the paper, as if I am blind or stupid enough not to check the entire box... So in response I sent back a very blunt reply with a picture of the box and the entirety of its content and since then have not received a reply.

So please, if you are reading this Olen. Just do the right thing and send what I purchased.

I received an email now saying that the missing item will be sent out to me, just waiting to see it arrive before changing to more stars on the review! Customer service does seem to be a little slow to get back to you but doesn't seem too bad so far!

Have gotten about 3 stock have had one for almost 2 years and hasn't broke yet and the other two are also not broken and work wonderful in vail and forefront

i purchased the regular ASSET gunstock and its held up very well, I also received a FREE SBS gunstock in one of their giveaways on their twitch stream and its REALLY good, i've been using it for alot of shooter games especially in Ghost of Tabor, the print quality is amazing as well as their costumer service.

Great customer service. They are fast, helpful and respond in a timely manner. They helped me with any questions or concerns that come up. As well when buying a gunstock they provide tutorials and other guides to help you build your stock and how to use it. 10/10 recommend

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Website was smooth and easy to navigate, ordering and checking out was seamless. When I wanted an update on the status of my order or when i had questions about assembly, they responded quickly, top notch customer service. When I got the stock in my hands, it was a professional and high quality product. It increased my experience playing 10 fold, I'm a way better shot in Vail now! Finally at the top of the lobby leaderboards after using it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Olen is very responsive when it comes to Customer support. When I had concerns about my shipping, I reached out to the support staff and got a fast response. The product i purchased, the Asset, has been such an amazing purchase. It's well built for it's price. I'm gonna be checking out the Mods the Asset has. I'll be back!

I ended up winning an ASSETS Gunstock STKR Edition, and it’s made my VR gaming experience much better.

What I like most is how customizable and easy to use it is. You can adjust the length, fit it to your playstyle, and quickly detach or reconnect your controllers. It feels secure, which makes aiming steadier and gameplay more immersive.

I’ve used it in VAIL and Contractors Showdown, and it’s been excellent in both. It’s also reasonably priced and easy to mod if you like personalizing your gear.

Today I’m bringing you my honest review of this gun stock called The Asset VR Gunstock STKR Edition and sharing my personal experience using it.

I bought the full size SBS and it’s a must for VR shooters. Everything is built well and sturdy. I do recommend the controller straps, without them your pinky’s get a bit sore from holding the weight when the stock is separated. All in all Olen has the best stock for the price imo. You won’t regret the purchase.

Being a user of olen gunstock with over 1200 hours on the asset sbs edition I can confidently say that its the best gunstock on the market and definitely the most comfortable. The olen team has given me 100% customer satisfaction with there speedy response great product and reliability. I had accidentally placed a item in my cart that wasn't necessary and they reached out two times to ensure I needed the part, I indeed did not. What other company would go out of there way in that fashion. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vr gunstock.

I really appreciate this companies ingenuity. The fact that they engineered there product to modify is very cool.
Unfortunately there printing is very very cheap!! my Asset arrived broke. I tried to reach out for help and I never got a response. So I lost 100$ and I have to buy another complete stock.

Just wrapped up a Forefront VR session and the Asset performed flawlessly. Hands down the best gun stock I’ve ever used. It’s boosted my aim, tightened my shots, and the overall design is just awesome. The sights are dead‑on right out of the box—no adjustments needed at all. I ran it on the Pimax Crystal Super controller for the first time and it feels fantastic.

If you’re looking for a gun stock that actually improves your gameplay and feels premium in every way, this is the one.

I don’t usually write reviews, but at this point I feel like not sharing my experience would be doing myself a disservice.

To start on a positive note: customer support was communicative whenever I reached out, and I do want to be clear that not everything that happened was Olen VR’s fault. My local USPS office did make an error, and I acknowledge that.

That said, the overall experience was one issue after another.

I placed my order on December 31. At the time, the website stated fulfillment was 1–3 business days. After 7 business days, I reached out and was told fulfillment was actually 10–14 business days. While delays happen, it would have been helpful if the website had been updated to reflect this. I accepted the explanation and waited. My order ultimately did not ship until January 29.

Before it shipped, I checked in again and was informed that one of my items was backordered. I was offered the option to have the available items shipped immediately and the rest sent later. I agreed to this, but despite that offer, nothing was sent until all items were available. This was frustrating, especially after being given the option.

Once the package finally shipped, it reached my local post office, where USPS marked it “return to sender” due to an address issue. I want to be very clear: this was not Olen VR’s fault. They did make an effort to contact USPS and try to resolve the issue, which I appreciated.

Where the experience fell apart for me was how things were handled afterward. I was told that once Olen VR received the returned package, they could resend it. This meant waiting for the package to return to them (potentially a week or more) and then waiting again for it to be reshipped. Given the long delays already, this felt unnecessary, especially since the product was clearly being returned to them.

At that point, I asked about a refund instead. I was told that a refund could not even be processed until they physically received the returned package. While I was told—very clearly—that the situation was “not my responsibility,” it effectively felt like it was, since I never received the product and yet my refund depended entirely on the return making it back to them.

If the package were delayed or lost in return, I would be left without the product and without my money—something I never physically received. That disconnect is what ultimately made me give up on the order.

What really disappointed me was that I had high hopes for this product, and due to how everything unfolded, I never even got the chance to try it.

I’m not saying “don’t buy from Olen VR.” They may very well make a great product. Unfortunately, I’ll never know, because the overall experience—from fulfillment delays to resolution—left me fully over it.

I bought the Spine gunstock from OlenVR.com
My gunstock arrived and I unpacked and assembled it. The Attachment points for the sling were malformed and the push-button fastener wouldn't stay slotted in, it kept falling out.
I reached out to the company about this and they agreed that it was a manufacturing error, a bad print.
They offered a replacement part but wouldn't cover shipping. Worth noting is that I live in the EU and paid an extra tax on entry, about $50 on top of the shipping ($30). The replacement part would cost me an additional ~$80. On a 3D-printed item costing $99.

I asked about this, why I was being punished for their lax quality control.
Their answers was that this was their warranty. If I wanted to return the original purchase, I again had to pay shipping. On arrival they would also deduct a $15 "restocking fee".
In the warranty it states:
"Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right."

I don't feel that their handling of this is anywhere near "right".
Keep this in mind if you are going to order from them, hope that they ship a reasonable intact item. If they don't, you are basically screwed.
