Have gotten about 3 stock have had one for almost 2 years and hasn't broke yet and the other two are also not broken and work wonderful in vail and forefront

Olenvr is a great company
I have bought the asset gunstock from their website which just had a new updated look which looks great. After a while of use of the gunstock, I love it to death. I can longer go free handed when playing ghosts of tabor. They are super responsive in their community discord and you can always get help when you need it. I 100% recommend going through this company for gunstocks.

I bought the olen vr spine gun stock for my oculus quest 2 and please if your reading this do not buy it, very hard to disassemble if you want to for whatever reason, the material snaps if you put the pressure it needs to take the part off, and overall they built this for looks not for actual quality, do no buy this.

Not sure why you'd disassemble the stock in the first place, but disassembling it is actually very simple (two binding post screw sets to be exact), but if you were struggling you could always reach out to us via the multiple support options we provide (discord/email/messenger). The build quality is tested and works very well according to the thousands of people who use our stocks, but if you're not satisfied with it you have 15 days to return for a refund as well as a 1 year parts warranty to cover any accidents.
For anyone reading this, we do live streams and community events showing us using our stocks as we've got the utmost confidence in them and want to make sure you do to.

It’s a plastic stock, so you can’t throw it or drop it from high heights without something breaking. This is why we recommend in the stock images as well as massive bold red letters we recommend wearing a sling when using it. Not just to avoid dropping it. Also the weight is very very balanced, the center of gravity is in the middle of the stock. It sounds like you just didn’t like the stock, which we understand it’s not for everyone which is why it comes with a 15 day return window, but also a 1 year warranty for if you don’t use a sling and break it or accidents happen.

Spine stock review
Hello, I bought the spine stock and initially I was worried because previous stocks I bought ( not from this company) always came damaged or incomplete. This stock arrived with a custom message written on the inside of the lid saying “we appreciate you” that was a good first impression. The stock went together easy and the sling is a good length. My favorite thing about the stock is the weight to it when ur locked into it you can actually feel the weigh and feel like your holding a gun. This will be my main stock moving forward and I couldn’t be happier with the product thanks again

Extremely Happy With the whole experience, working with Olen VR! I enjoy my PSVR2 gun stock, even though it has only been 24 hours, its been in use about 14 hours! Beware. This company is a scam!! Sent broken items then to send replacement charged for shipping.1yr later never received replacement. Be careful ordering from these type of shady businesses. Just read the reviews for this company before buying. They do the same thing over and over then respond to a review as if they’re the victim LOL. 24% of reviews are 1 star there’s no explanation for that. This company is a fraud.

Yes we did reach out to you and this was your same excuse “must have been a mistake”. 4 months later item still shows waiting to ship. At this point you can keep the item and you earn 1 star. Anyone reading this just know you have a 1 and 4 chance they’ll be a problem with your order. Not good. 25% of your reviews are 1star. Please figure out your QC. Did you ever reach out to us when you didn't receive your replacements? It's possible they were lost in transit or there was an error on our part. Sometimes folks expect us to do everything exactly right as if we're amazon which is just not the case.
For anyone reading this, we've shipped thousands of stocks around the world and we aren't perfect every single time we make, assemble, pack, and ship a stock, but at we try to be.
As long as you're understanding and willing to reach out to us if you do run into an issue, we'll do whatever we can do make things right.
Unfortunately some folks will expect everything done perfect for them every single time, and sadly that's not the way things go.

We have yet to see any email or message from a 'Dylan' in our website chat forms or help email. If you actually want to receive help, you can easily email 'help@olenvr.com' or 'info@olenvr.com' or submit a form on the support page on our site. We can't help if you don't reach out.

Read the other reviews around here too. Either the product was received and people love it, or they had little to no communication with awful customer service, and an incomplete order.
I had a nice back and forth with the awful customer service rep regarding my purchase missing items, and their response the entire time was "No, you got everything." over and over again. It was only once I close the conversation they said "Oh you don't want a ticket? You don't want to use that 1 year warranty mentioned nowhere on the product? Ok! :)" At any point during our 11 emails that could have been mentioned, but it wasn't. I don't know about you, but when a customer loses $80 to a company, the last thing they should be doing is getting mocked by the business.
I will happily share our interactions with anyone who asks, so you can see what you're possibly in for. If you do order this product, I wish you luck in that you actually receive everything.
I would also add you could easily get a 3d printed file and make this item yourself for less than $30 USD, seriously, look it up. Most expensive parts would be the metal rod for the stock (easily replaceable with something cheaper) and getting the grips for the controller. You'd probably get better quality too since they shipped it right out of the printer covered in the resin hairs that take minimal effort to remove, but I expect nothing less from the interactions with this company.
I hope this review finds you onlookers, in hopes you take your business somewhere reliable, because this isn't the place.
Edit: I implore you to read their response to this and know that the picture I sent had the parts missing, because I had not received them. Again, order this product at your own risk, and research other stocks! There are actually much better quality ones out there that I wish I had seen sooner.

As you're already aware, we take a picture of the contents of every single package we ship to ensure we have record of what we shipped. Sometimes the mistake is on us, which we always do our best to make things right; other times, there are scammers out there who try to get free stuff from us. This is why we keep an image record, to make sure we provide the best service and don't get scammed.
You claimed there were "missing items" from your package, and according to our image files you received everything you were supposed to (we sent the image in our email thread). After hearing that response you immediately started slandering us and accusing us of being scammers. You claimed we probably "kept items out of the box on purposed to avoid shipping costs".
Regardless of how poorly you treated us, we offered to file a claim with UPS as well as a warranty replacement of your parts. We also asked for an image of the box to help with the UPS claim. You immediately declined to take a picture of the box and said "our business is concluded" and threatened us with the hopes of ruining our small business.
For whoever is reading this, there's real humans reading emails and if you slander us and treat us poorly with no respect, don't expect us to treat you like kings and queens. We have not, and will never "mock" you or anyone else giving us an opportunity to provide you with a stock as you state.
Whenever someone has a legitimate issue, and is respectful and patient with us, we do whatever we can to make sure we do right by that customer.
John Martin, you were anything but respectful to us so we hope you reconsider how you approach small businesses trying to make a living. And as we mentioned before in our email thread (which you claim we didn't), your stock comes with a 1 year warranty and 15 day return policy (both stated on the product page and support page).
If you don't like us, then return your stock for a refund so you don't waste your hard earned money.
Great quality and custom options.
Surpassed my expectations, thought there were missing pieces but turns out I was sitting on them. My fat ass.

Do not buy this item. It is a piece of garbage for what you pay. The quality is definitely not there by a long shot. The rifle stock broke the very first time using it. I was very disappointed because I had high hopes for this product but it failed me miserably especially after waiting over a month to receive it and brake on the first use. This is very disappointing because I really wanted to like this product

We saw you sent us an email back on December 9th 2023 regarding a broken part.
We immediately sent a response asking for more details of your issue so that we could remedy the situation as you didn't explain any reasoning or what part from your order "broke". We followed up again a couple days after not receiving a response to make sure you didn't miss our initial follow up and never heard anything back from you.
If your stock or any part broke on arrival, it was either due to a shipping issue or the part itself was defective which we're more than happy to fix either way.
For anyone else reading this, your stock comes with a full 1 year warranty covering all parts of the stock. All we ask is for a picture of proof of the part which broke to make sure we send out the part you need.
Hopefully you'll check your past emails for our response or message us on our chat form on the website to let us help you enjoy your stock the way we intended.
Needs re-engineering.
Multiple points here (spine stock)
1. You can't tell on the website, but it's 3d printed. That's fine, but mine arrived filthy. Extra filament strings hanging off of it. Looks like their plate was dirty because where they broke it off was caked in what looked like old layers of filament
2. When you clip the controllers on, the rear one is perfect, however, the front controller is angled in such a way that you can't turn left (right handed) or right if you're left handed. I'm 6'1 and 220 lbs. First thought was I'm too big, but my wife had a tough time turning as well and shes tiny. You can do it, but you have to keep your wrist bent backwards the entire time. The stock is extremely uncomfortable.
3. No big deal, but it added to my frustration. The QR code for assembly doesn't scan so I had to search for instructions. I found a youtube video that partially showed how and did the rest by looking at a picture of it.
4. The sleeve that slides into the controllers creaks when breaking away, so I didn't trust them fully to hold my controllers in.
5. Stock is a set length. You can't change it.
Bottom line the product is unusable in its current state. It needs to be redesigned and needs a better printing process. I wouldn't use it if it was free because of how uncomfortable it was to hold for more than a couple minutes. Solid idea, wrong execution.
To reply: I emailed approximately an hour beforehand, so not enough time for yall to see it I'm sure. I assure you there is no user error, just a bad angle and my big hands. As for the weight, it's not heavy at all, I thought it was rather light. I appreciate the reply and look forward to hearing from you. Review modified for quick replies and good customer service. It's unfortunate you haven't reached out to us yet for any of these issues you're having but we'll gladly address them here.
1. Arriving "filthy" sounds like there must've been some adhesive left on some parts your stock which we normally clean off before shipping but yours must've been skipped which is our mistake.
2. Not being able to turn left or right sounds like possible user error since you're using the Quest 2 mounts and we have multiple videos and live streams of the stock being used perfectly fine. It's possible you didn't install the mounts correctly, which you could always message or email us for any possible question. The stock weighs about 2lbs and if it's too heavy for you, then it just sounds like the SPINE isn't for you. This stock was made to increase your aiming stability, and add immersion; hence the added 2lbs of weight.
3. The SPINE assembly QR code you received works perfectly fine, not sure how you weren't able to scan the large QR code with your phone but again that's something that you can reach out to us any time for help on
4. When you mention "sleeve" it sounds like you're referring to the controller mounts, and those do not creak unless they we're possibly defective. Which is also another thing where all you need to do is reach out to us to receive a free replacement (your stock comes with a 1 year warranty, hopefully you read the details of the stock you purchased)
5. There are various lengths you can buy based on your height, the sizing chart is on the stock page itself. We hope you read this when you made the purchase.
Either way it sounds like the SPINE is not the stock for you. It works 100% as intended and perfectly well for just about every VR FPS.
Fortunately for you, your stock comes with a 15 day return policy from the date of delivery so you can get your money back.
