I bought a pair of Bauers that myself and my Son customised. I found the website extremely easy to navigate around and make my selections with plenty of information to help me pick what I wanted.
The ordering process was quick and easy and I promptly received delivery information regarding courier and dates for delivery. Delivery itself was fantastic and again, I feel the shop uses a reputable courier to make the whole process easy. I did need to make contact with the shop after receiving the skates so I went through the customer service route and Karl made contact with me straight away rectifying my query immediately. I will 100% recommend them and continue to use them for any of my skating needs.

I have made two purchases in recent times from Olis. A full quad set up and later an alternate set of wheels (no problems with the other wheels, just a case of indoor and outdoor set.. so i will likely be getting another set of boots to save swapping around).

Anyhow, both orders came correct and promptly, well packaged. The wheels I bought they pressed in the bearings too. Easy life!

I will be back for more.

I cannot rate them highly enough. We ordered a pair of skates for my husband after his 30 year old Bauers finally died. The skates arrived and unfortunately had a manufacturing fault. We reported this to Olis customer service and they quickly arranged to collect the skates and replaced them for us with an upgraded version of the boots as a gesture due to the inconvenience. Problems happen but it's how businesses deal with things when they go wrong that really matters. I wouldn't go anywhere else for skates and recommend them to everyone
