Brilliant service from start to finish! My son’s roller skates needed sorting and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They were really knowledgeable, gave clear advice, and had everything sorted so quickly. I was especially impressed with how fast the turnaround was — ordered one day and had them the next! My son is over the moon with his skates now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring highly recommend to anyone.

The man couldn't help enough i wanted something roller skates for a Christmas present but didn't know we're to start but got there in the end. It's the second pair I bought for ollies skates so very happy.

Made some upgrades to my Skates and went with Avanti magnesium plates and trucks, added some Cheese Blocks for that oldskool Look. Carl offered exemplary over the phone support to help my Drill and do a self build to my Boots. He was amazing support and talked me through the whole process and I couldn't have done the conversion without him.

Best out there, ordered on a Friday and needed them for my daughter’s bday which was a few days away. Olis skates got me them in no time and I have a very happy daughter. Compare to other skate shops their prices are more reasonable and I will 100% recommend them. Thank you so much!

After doing a Google search to find some spare parts I came across Ollie's skate shop. I was absolutely blown away by the service I received which was impeccable. Karl was extremely helpful, he gave the best advice and was very understanding and accommodating of my lack of knowledge. My items arrived the following day. I couldn't be happier. I ordered a pair of bauer X for my husband's birthday but was having issues my end with the payment going through. Which then meant I had to contact the team, I ended up speaking to Karl who was more than helpful and also managed to make sure that my husbands skates was build and delivered ready for his birthday. Karl also offered great advice on what we had ordered and made sure my husband got the right bearings for the wheels he had. I would recommend Oli's skate shop 100% anytime. I will definitely being a returning customer.

Just made a purchase of the Supreme Turbo 33 from Oli's skate shop, the process was very straight forward, looking for a few customizations options I gave them a call and was helped by a very helpful and knowledgeable fellow. Ordered a pair of bauer custom skates for daughter birthday, very last minute. Order Sunday evening with a note and 2 days later they out for delivery and will be here for birthday.

This is a family run business and it shows, the attention they provide you is priceless, something i would gladly pay for in itself.

Had the best experience with Carl was so helpful and explained alot about Bauers even gave advice. Also assisted in getting correct items for my sons skate really had a great customer experience will definitely be sharing this to my fellow skaters

I’ve had 2 custom build skates from Oli’s skate shop. Karl and Alison are amazing very knowledgeable and always at the end of the phone or an email if you have any questions. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
