I love Oliva, it is amazing for the company I work with to provide such a wonderful perk for employees. It is very easy to use, the help is very personalized and I can schedule as many sessions as I want. The professionals are very qualified and I am very confortable.

I love this benefit that my company provides. It is easy to use and I have made improvements in my personal life thanks to my psychologist from Oliva.

There are barely any therapists of colour available on this platform. I do not want to share my experiences and traumas with someone who does not share my racial background. This platform needs to prioritise diversity and provide options that cater to its diverse user base. Terrible.

Really intuitive system, uses AI to match you with your best suited therapist, and you can opt in to receive a summary of your session which I find so valuable.

Had the best/easiest time using Oliva. Super easy and comfortable to schedule appointments, the staff and my therapist had been super helpful and I've done a lot of progress so far in the year that I've been using it.

Lin was genuinely one of the best therapists I've ever worked with, with a huge amount of experience and expertise in supporting me through some very difficult challenges.

She's honestly helped me to be the happiest I've ever been, which was unthinkable a few months ago when we met.

The entire experience of working through Oliva is very user-friendly, from easy scheduling of sessions, reminders being sent via email, and regular direct check ins to ensure satisfaction and wellbeing with the service.

There's also a summary of notes and insights after the sessions, accessible via an app, along with learning content on a range of topics.

If you're lucky enough to access Oliva and/or work with Lin, do it!

Oliva is great. The platform itself is really user friendly and nice and simple interface.

You will out a questionnaire and can state any preferences when it comes to being paired with a therapist. They enable you to re-match if you would like to as well which is really valuable.

Good company, safe environment to develop yourself.

Really disappointed. Was in hospital and let them know before hand and still charged me £75. Requested a refund and heard nothing. Really upsetting and so so poor considering I was in hospital.

I think everyone should have therapy at least once a month and this is a good way to have it without leaving home.

Such a valuable service, matched with a relevant therapist and provided with user friendly ways to make sense of, and work through, anxiety and stress. Highly recommended.

Oliva makes it really easy to access therapy. I like that I can do sessions remotely because it's much easier to fit in around everything else, and my therapist is great!
